Good Hotel
The front staff was exceptional extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms could have used a mini frig and there was no ice machine.

Good location near Train station
The hotel was clean and breakfast was included which is nice. The A/C worked great 👍. The room was average European size. The only issues which are very case by case. Was we thought the bed abbas pillows were extremely uncomfortable. The bed was very hard, not firm but hard. The pillows were ridiculously flat. We did ask for more and the hotel accommodated so that was a plus. Also the bathroom was one of those frost glass bathrooms which could be a problem for someone

Taking in the sights that Bern, Switzerland has to offer. Hotel Sorell Adore fit my needs. About a 3 minute walk to the train station. Conveniently located to most tourist spots. They provide a pass for public transportation, but most things are close enough to walk. The room was small but clean. As a solo traveler it met my needs. They provide water and a safe but no mini fridge. The bathroom was small but clean. The staff was friendly and courteous. The breakfast is with the room and it has a variety of meats, cheeses, jellies, coffee and more. Made fresh daily. Overall, I would recommend. I do not have anything negative to say, other than it's a bit pricey, but this is Switzerland. Date: Solo traveler, 1 night, October 2021

Great hotel - couple of minutes from the station.
Excellent choice - very close to the station. Staff were so helpful. Lovely breakfast, again staff were fantastic. Room was fairly small, but didn’t spend much time in it, so no big deal. Free travel ticket supplied, so as to really enjoy this beautiful city. Bus no.12 stops very close to the hotel - goes straight through the Old Town to the Bear Park.

Great! Room small but not too small. They got me fresh gluten free bread when I mentioned I couldn't eat gluten at the breakfast and it was lovely and super warm. Great!

Location is easy to reach with little walk. Breakfast is excellent with various choices. Despite of a triple room , it is clean and spacious for 3 in one room. Bed is comfortable. Highly recommend for business trip as well as family vacation.

The room for 3 persons is a bit too congested. Otherwise it is fine, location is close to train station. Should provide 2 pillows per bed & the double bed is made by 2 single beds putting together, not so comfortable. The single bed is small also.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel, which was clean, provided good helpful service, is very close to the train station and close to the shopping area.The room is smaller than we are used to.The included breakfast comprised of a very nice selection and enjoyable. We were disappointed with one of the hand towels which had a hole.

Easy walk from the Bern train station, hotel is on tram route & within walking distance of city center. This hotel provides complimentary bottled water & carafes of orange & cucumber water, as well as a Nespresso machine in each room. Hotel staff was very attentive & accommodating.
