“Wonderful!”

This Hotel was perfect for our trip. The staff were super friendly and helpful with anything we needed. Hotel is in walking distance from train station, shops, and eats! Rates were fair. It was wonderful. If we make it back to Switzerland we will stay here again..for sure!

“Perfect location and great views”

Really enjoyed my stay here. Nice decor and the rooms were clean. I had a balcony overlooking the street and loved it. Breakfast was free and better than most you see in the States. Wireless serves only the first three floors and costs 12CHF/hour or about 100CHF/week. I was able to borrow free wireless from an unknown neighbor. I got a coupon for a free watch from a local watchmaker at check-in, which I actually picked up and was nicer than expected! Best feature is location next to Interlaken West train station. This hotel has a good amount of ambience even if the outside is bright yellow and touristy. I spent all week in the expensive Jungfrau place down the street for business, and was quite happy to come home to this Best Western which was much more fun. Staff generally very friendly and spoke perfect English. They let me check in early at 2 pm and held my luggage when i arrived in the morning. Enjoyed the bathroom. Two single beds were pushed together to form a King. Room was small but comfortable with great view.

“Great Location”

The hotel was very well located and the staff were friendly and extremely helpful. It was handy to many ski resorts but cheaper than the resorts themselves. The service from the staff was fantastic and the room was comfortable for a family of three. Highly recommended.

The entire staff was invariably most friendly and accommodating. The buffet breakfast was varied and generous. Highest recommendation!

“Great location, great price, great hotel”

I recently stayed at the Hotel Bernerhof with my daughter and a friend, and it was a wonderful experience. The desk staff was very knowledgable and helpful, and answered ALL of our questions (he even loaned us his own umbrella on a rainy evening!). The rooms are extremely clean, and each had a balcony. The central location is perfect, and the train station is right across the street. The breakfast buffet that is included is large, and fresh every day. I will stay at the Hotel Bernerhof any time I am in Interlaken!

“We would return again”

This hotel is ideally situated near the railroad station ( be sure you know which station). The hotel attendants were outstanding in their service, helpful in suggestions and attentiveness.

“I recommend”

3 to 4 mins. walking frm Interlaken west station. Goob BF, clean rooms. Stayed there 5 times uptil now, so no complaints. Very courteous staff at reception.

“Comfortable and convenient”

Hotel staff were very helpful. Parking was convenient and only $8 per day. Location of the hotel was very convenient. We had a triple room with three people and there was enough space that we weren't tripping over each other. Great suggestion by the Concierge to go to Lauterbrunnen and Trummelbach Falls. Definitely worth the trip to Trummelbach Falls.

“comfortable and cheap”

its a nice place to stay if you wants to use it only as a sleeping hotel. The structure is very simple and don't expect too much from the attendants.

“Great Staff”

We spent three nights here in May of 2006. Desk person was VERY effecient and friendly. This is a good location near Rail Station. There is a lot of street noise, though. For the real Swiss experience you may want to get out of town to Gimmelwald or up into the valley somewhere.
