Stayed with family including a toddler and had a fabulous time visiting the Bernese Oberland , everyone in this hotel had been so welcoming , friendly , efficient .Lovely breakfast and dinner ,feeling very safe ,and comfortable, relaxing.Thank you George ,what a marvelous team !

Best thing about the hotel is the restaurant food for dinner. Breakfast was good too. I did think the decor of the public areas needs a makeover, feels a bit dated.

This hotel is very clean! The breakfast is included in your stay and has lots of delicious options. Interlaken is a great place to stay you are close to the train, so you can easily day trip to visit different parts of Switzerland. We went hiking, skiing, and skydiving. AMAZING!

Easy walk from the train station, breakfast was impressive considering it was “free”. Got the tiny room and felt like it was enough room for two people, elevator was extremely slow. We ended up taking the stairs as the elevator would take 4 minutes, WiFi was also rather slow and could not support a video call. Would definitely return!

Very friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable beds. Within easy walking distance of the train station. Although the room was small, it was clean and comfortable. Tea kettle was provided but coffee maker was not. No tea, coffee, milk, sugar was provided or accessible.

The location is perfect, just up to 10 mins walk from the Interlaken Ost. The view from my room is absolutely amazing and all staffs are nice and friendly.

This hotel is super quaint and the location is perfect. It is walking distance to everything you may need. Room is good size bathroom a bit small but realistic that does not matter. Beautiful views. It’s great!

It was extremely hot in our room and we had no option to turn the AC any lower. With how much the room cost and the reviews it had, I wouldn’t have predicted that the ‘luxury’ of sleeping comfortably in the room was going to be an issue.

Nice property with a convenient location near Interlaken Ost. Breakfast had a good selection. Can see Harder Kulm from room. Rooms were quiet. Areas for improvement included cleanliness of the room, specifically the bathroom still had hair and contacts left in it from previous guest. Key to room didn't work. Only a single elevator which meant lengthy waits at times. Overall a good hotel and I would stay here again.

Clean, modern, and spacious room. 5 minute walk to interlaken ost train station. Incredible breakfast downstairs included with the stay. Less than 5 minute walk to downtown where all of the restaurants and activities are located. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Functional but not particularly comfortable.
Mixed feelings about this hotel. It was clean, well located and staff were generally helpful and friendly. But even though we had booked a bigger room it was functional but not remotely comfortable. The corner room was utilitarian at best. Very noisy road works right outside did not help either and were not explained or compensated for. The hotel is run for the organised tour market and not the independent traveller in my view. Whilst it is recognised that room rates are market driven we paid the same, and occasionally less, for much better serviced 4*/5* hotels in St. Moritz, Zermatt and Montreux. In these hotels, for example, minibars were complimentary and restocked daily. In Interlaken nothing was complimentary. The overwhelming feeling we had was that the hotel is run for profit and not service. Our only disappointment in a 12N Swiss stay.

Hotel Interlaken is located within a 10 min walk of Interlaken Ost; allowing us the catch bus/railway services in the area. This makes for a great staging point to explore the top attractions like Jungfrau, Grindelwald and Lauterbrunnen. The staff were kind, courteous and allowed us to store our luggage at the front desk after checkout while we explored the Interlaken Bern region. Th rooms are well maintained and clean. Would definitely recommend this hotel for a nice stay to explore Interlaken!
