“Lush”

We don't usually stay in hotels this nice but the Spa was awesome and the outdoor pool was the best. The receptionist helped us out and really went out of her way to assist us with a passport issue. Great service!

This was a very pleasant short trip with friendly staff and excellent food and relaxation facilities. It would have been nicer if our rooms had been facing the valley but perhaps that was not included in the special price offered by expedia. We shall definitely go back.

Fantastic new destination. Finest quality furnishings, panoramic views, courteous bi-lingual staff, great bus ride from Frutigen. We visited in May, imagine it's just as nice in winter.

“Amazing Relaxing Weekend Get-away”

Words cannot describe what a wonderful retreat this hotel is. From the moment we walked in, the staff was wonderful - pleasant and helpful. The spa is relaxing, clean, and well equipped. The massage was adequate - the oils smelled good, the room was nice, the masseuse was nice, but the massage was just ok. The restaurant was wonderful - food was inventive and they catered to our vegetarian requests. The hotel was decorated for xmas, and the non-xmas artwork was really cool - done by up and coming Welch artists. The town itself is quaint and the winter hikes are amazing. HIGHLY recommended.

“Great location, but noisy”

Great big new hotel, very large for the village. Rooms on one side are quiet and have great views, other side are on main street, next to bus station (which is super convenient).

“Fine except parking and hidden charges”

Hotel was great, but it would have been nice to know in advance about the nightly parking charge and the nightly city tax. Only found out on check out when they slapped us with the bill! It's nicer to be upfront with these things in my opinion.
