“Under whelmed.”

This hotel is really a guest house. It is very basic but clean, reasonably roomy, and cheapish but Swiss standards. Breakfast was better than average. Free wifi was available. It is convenient to the station and one of the cable cars and to the village down town area. We had no views from our room. Grindelwald has spectacular scenery, great walking in summer and looks like an excellent ski resort with very long runs- but the cable cars are very expensive.
