Nh El Toro

The hotel was very quiet on the night we stayed but we were made very welcome and the room was very clean and comfortable. English was mainly spoken at Reception but we managed in the bar and restaurant using a combination of sign language and broken Spanish. We initially thought that the restaurant was a bit expensive for a limited menu but the food that we had was fantastic.

The hotel was really nice, but it is far from town. We took the bus to and from town, the bus stop was about a mile walk from the hotel and about a 10 minute trip. It cost 1.5 euro each way, a lot better than the price of a taxi! If you arrive by train in Pamplona you can catch the #16 bus to the end of the route and walk the mile to the hotel. The staff was not very helpful and actually quite rude... Anytime we asked about information they were put off. One of them rolled her eyes. The lady who worked nights was nice though. All in all, it was ok... Not great.

Hotel was very nice. However, it was very expensive during the San Fermin festival and not exceptionally close. Figure on a 15 Euro cab fare each way to the festival. They are very stingy on internet use as well, only 30 minutes per day. When I am paying that much a night, they shouldn't be hoarding internet minutes. The hotel itself, however was very pretty and the room was reasonably comfortable

Very nice hotel and easy to book when everything was booked out for the St Fermin festival, it's 20 min by bus out of town however and the bus goes once an hour so important to know the bus schedule/find out where the bus stop is. The area is quite charming and cute and the hotel was clean, rooms were nice, charming.

Small, hot rooms. Unaccomadating.
