The property was old. There was nothing to make tea or coffee. The sheets had dirty marks on them. They also had small holes in them. The property was close to the train tracks.

The lady at the front desk was very nice and welcoming. We stayed here twice for work even though we were closer to a bigger town, it was worth the 15 mile drive for some peace and quiet.
