No internet, very poor B-fast!!Posted Oct 9, 2014
Cons: Start at the front door and go to the rear----
Location: Did not pay much attention, only needed some gas in the am when leaving and that was right there next door
Was right above the office and still no internet. Lady at front desk was no help, maybe offer to re-set router or do something. I had to use my own hot spot, should not have to do this when paying overpriced rates for rooms like this!! The breakfast was a joke-- two cereals and some cinnamon rolls was about it---again very poor for what it cost us. Never stay here again nor recommend it to anyone!

Decent night sleepPosted Jun 30, 2014 on Hotels.com
Location is great being right on the interstate between KC and Des Moines, but you get what you pay for. The bed was on the hard side. Got a soda out of the vending machine and had to take it to the front desk because it had expired 4 months prior to the stay. Construction crews use the hotel so they were starting up their trucks quite early in the morning, which woke us up. Also, hotel does not have an elevator, so make sure to request the first floor if stairs are an issue.

Smokey, Smokey!Posted Jun 30, 2014
Cons: Better ventilation for their smoking floor.
Booked via Expedia, failed to see they gave me a smoking room, that option was not available to select. Baby unable to tolerate any smoke, therefore, when asked to change rooms, stated unable to, because it was booked with Expedia and you get whatever is left over. Entire second floor smelled like they were having a smoking competition. Very unhappy, had to stay at different hotel and pay for another room, NO REFUND PER HOTEL, SINCE BOOKED WITH EXPEDIA!

Clean and accessiblePosted May 25, 2014
Pros: The suites had jacuzzi, and were very spacious. Very clean rooms. Staff were very accommodating.
Cons: All rooms should be completely non-smoking to avoid fire hazard.and the likelihood of seeping through vents. Smokers can smoke outside.
Location: Shopping area, restaurants.
Very pleasant staff, clean rooms with most amenities. Ample breakfast. Nice surroundings and close to restaurants, Walmart and highway.

Not a Bad HotelPosted May 6, 2014 on Hotels.com
It was busy and there were a lot of construction workers and drivers staying there the weekend we were there so people were coming and going all hours of the day and night. The hotel staff was not overly friendly; however, they were tolerable. It may be due to the many duties they seem to have as it appears the desk staff run the whole thing. The best thing was that the room was clean and the beds were made daily as well as the towels and bathroom necessities were changed out or refilled daily. Overall, I will stay there again when I pass through northern Missouri.

You get what you pay forPosted May 5, 2014 on Hotels.com
You definitely get what you pay for, old,and outdated. I have been travelling to this area of Missouri lately and staying over night in other towns, but I thought I would try this motel. Needless to say I am done with the "SUPER 8".
