Close to metro station

We chose to stay at this hotel because of arriving late to DC by car and it is close to the station of Shady Grove from where downtown is easily accessible. The hotel is Ok with nice staff. There is a good indian restaurant next tó the hotel.

Wonderful little gem!

Wonderful hotel! As a previous reviewer already described " a Great little gem". From the outside, not much to speak about but inside, nice, clean and comfortable and the staff were very gracious! I'll definitely stay there again.

Access not the best.

Pros: Lots of pillows on the beds.
Cons: I do not know. Maybe better eggs at breakfast.
Location: Do not know.
We were told that a shuttle would take us to NIST. Not true. It takes us to a subway system.

Great Value - Wifi Needs Upgrade

I have been a guest (nearly monthly) for the past year. And have been very happy with the hotel, staff, and amenities -- great value. But the past two stays (especially the last one in late Feb 2015)- the wifi has been almost unuseable. And that is a necessity for our business trips. I was told that the hotel was upgrading - and I do so hope that is the case. Because I love staying at your hotel, and tell everyone about it - and they are very impressed. But if the a wifi remedy (responsiveness) is not available, I will need to pursue other accommodations. Thank you, Terry Ryan

Rooms were fine and breakfast was good. Heat was cranked in the room. Nice metro shuttle service
