Was attending my sons soccer tournament so this haPosted Nov 26, 2013
Except for some confused soccer players & their coach who continued knocking on my door until I had 2 get up & answer. The stay was quite uneventful.

clean and comfortable hotelPosted Sep 4, 2013
Pros: close to freeway, clean, free parking, quiet, healthy options restaurant, stable wifi, 25 min drive to downtown washington
Location: easy access to freeway leading to downtown Washington, 25 min drive. malls and stores within a brief driving distance
clean, quiet, comfortable, friendly staff, arrived way earlier than the 3 pm check in time and we were welcomed to a clean room. staff is educated and friendly. hotel is spacious and parking is available around the building. did not have a chance to enjoy the facilities (gym, pool, etc.). recommended

Far from DC but still a good locationPosted Aug 26, 2013 on Hotels.com
Far from DC but it's located around a serene and peaceful area where there are a lot of research offices/buildings. Was in DC for some chancellery issues and the hotel was very okay with nice ambiance. Really enjoyed my stay except for the wifi which tend to be quite unstable. It was quite an irritation. Apart from that, the hotel is a place I'd like to stay again (though with some provisos due to the location).

oh well...Posted Aug 22, 2013 on Hotels.com
Air conditioner in the room was old, loud and rumbled and could not be turned off. I changed room, which wasn't a problem. Internet access was impossible, had to call external tech service eventually. Access is slow, business support in the hotel non-existent. The available computers are limited to printing boarding passes. A friendly employee allowed me to print a document at the reception. Food is so-so, very limited choices. Not a Courtyard as you know it.

Great HotelPosted Aug 13, 2013 on Hotels.com
My room was spacious and clean. The hotel was modern, spacious and the front desk staffer who Che led me in was courteous and helpful. Although my trip was a short overnight stay with a late arrival and early departure, I would have stayed longer if time permitted. I was very pleased with this hotel and would definitely select it again.

location, location, location!Posted Aug 12, 2013
Pros: the location, the soft bed
Location: metro, restaurants, stores, pharmacies
this is the perfect hotel stay for any visitor to the md/va/dc area....right off the beltway, and if driving isnt you're thing around the area, the hotel is a 2 mile drive to Shady Grove metro's red line. There were restaurants, and pharmacies real close for if you forgot something. the pizza is great for delivery as well.
