“Impressed by the Great Service at Gaithersburg SpringHill Suites”
The Marriott Gaithersburg SpringHill Suites did something awesome. I left my hitech computer headphones in the drawer of my room after a conference, so I emailed the Marriott since I was a bit busy and didn't think I'd get them back.
The customer service was stellar. Within days, I received an email from customer service rep and then, the manager from the hotel. The manager asked me to send her my address and she would get it shipped to me.
It arrived by priority UPS the next Tuesday after I gave my address the Friday before.
I'm not sure who found my stuff, but this is definitely a testament to how helpful and honest a business can be.
