Great Hotel!Posted Oct 18, 2013
Pros: Everything! The breakfast served was also a treat.
Location: We only stayed for a day so I'm not sure what there is to do, but there are some great restaurants near by.
I had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt house. The room was spacious and clean, I especially loved the kitchen where you could cook any thing you wanted. I would recommend this hotel to others.

nice hotel with huge roomPosted Sep 30, 2013
The room is huge, have just about everything, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, range, couch, desk , 2 plasma tv. The breakfast is great, a lot of choices to pick from. The gym is small but they have a courtyard and even a basketball court. Overall i enjoyed my stay, i would stay there again if needed.

Great hotel it is like a condoPosted Sep 27, 2013
Pros: nice room, pool hot tub even had handicap cranes to help people in the pool and hot tub... 5 star motel with a 1 star hospitality.
Cons: they need at least two people working at nite and to allow guests to get their breakfast and allow them to enjoy the pool area
well we got to our room and it was like staying in a condo, it had a seperate soom for the bedroom and a living room with a kitchen.setup like a one bedroom apartment.we got their late about 9:30pm we had been on the road all day. they have a nice pool and hot tub and outdoor grill you can grill your own meal if you like. well we went to the hot tub and pool and after a half an hour we were told to get out ! pool was closed and there were 30 some guests enjoying it.I am sorry but telling your guests to get out because it is 10pm is not very welcoming. Then later on we needed towels so I called the front guest for towels he said he was alone and could not bring me any.Well next morning we go for our free breakfast and I got my breakfast my little girl got hers and then the lady working there grabbed all the food and my wife didn't get any since she was getting her coffee first. It was like you snooze you loose.the lady knew we were getting breakfast but when 10am roles around sorry about your luck. The place is a 5 star motel with a 1 star hospitality.

Friendly, super clean hotelPosted Sep 17, 2013 on Hotels.com
Hyatt House was a lovely stay. Clean spacious rooms/suites , huge kitchen area! that had everything you could need. Soundproof, quiet a/c - like a really nice condo. They even had a little tube of toothpaste in the bathroom for me - how did they know I always forget? Front staff and little informal restaurant/snack/bar staff were LOVELY even when I arrive in the evening before closing and very tired. The only negative was my room was on the third floor with quite a few steps (maybe elevator wasn't working?) which I didn't mind but someone else may not like the climb. Loved the stay.

Very nice room. Loved the outside access to it.Posted Aug 20, 2013
Pros: Size of the room. Cost. Great shower!
Cons: More towels. Expand the breakfast buffet times. Change cleaning products.
Hyatt House was a very nice place for us to stay during a recent equestrian competition. We were able to park right outside our room and the check in staff were very pleasant. The room was clean and spacious and the pull out sofa, according to my daughter, was quite comfortable. Our disappointments were 1) The smell of the room. I don't know what cleaning products they use, but the odor was not pleasant at all. 2) The lack of towels. 3)The breakfast hours. The buffet doesn't open until 7am, so we didn't get to eat breakfast because we had to leave the hotel by then for the competition. This is the first place we've stayed that breakfast didn't begin at 6 or 6:30am. I did manage to snag a muffin and some juice, but the female staff member setting up the buffet was not please with me at all and was quite rude to anyone who asked for anything. In fact, one person asked for a fork and rather than just get him one, she actually took all the silver ware containers back into the kitchen and didn't bring them back out until 7am. That really wasn't necessary. Beyond that it was a great place. We won't stay again because we simply need breakfast before we have to leave for competition, but if not for that we would.
