“Better than I expected”

Wonderful friendly service; you can tell when people like their jobs... Surprisingly good free breakfast... And they were very accommodating when I needed to check out late. It may not be walking distance to food or near the airport, but the location is very convenient if you drive here. It's quiet & pleasant. Free wireless! Overall seemed better to me than 2.5 stars...

“Great Customer Service”

This Hampton Inn had GREAT customer service! We stayed here on a weekend during Lent. Another hotel guest had burned fish in her room's microwave and made our entire floor smell incredibly awful! The hotel maintenance manager went room to room asking if guests would like to move to a different floor. They not only found us a new room that was the same as the one we reserved, but they helped move ALL of the stuff we brought with us including our infant's pack n play, air mattress for our preschooler, suitcases, stroller, toys and everything else we probably didn't really need. They helped us SO much and we greatly appreciated their thoughtfulness and willingness to move us to a new room. We will definitely stay here again when we come to town to visit. My daughter also loved the freshly baked cookies at the front desk.

“Nice Hotel in Germantown, MD. where I'll stay again.”

As far as Hampton's go, this is one of the nicer ones I've stayed at. Very clean, nice staff and plenty of towels. Good bed and shower. My only complant, if you call it that, is the elevator is very slow moving. Other than that everything was great, and at a great price. I'll be sure to stay again on my next trip.

“Good value for area”

Staff were friendly and helpful, room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was included. Good value right off I-270 to get to Metro or points south, quickly.

“Will definitely be going back when we are in that area!”

This was a great hotel for the cost. Everyone who worked there went out of their way to be kind and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room very clean. The dining area was well organized and there was plenty of room for sitting. We walk each day and were happy and safe walking in that neighborhood.

“Very nice location and hotel”

“Hampton in Germantown”

Hotel was nicer than expected. As rated at 2.5 stars, I did not expect much. Hotel was very clean and updated. Nice bathroom. Exceeded my expections, and think a rating of 3.5 is more acurate.
