Good location, decent hotel

Cons: Noisiness.
Location: Across the street from Twinbook Metro, .5 mile from restaurants and shopping.
Could hear everything from my room but everything else was satisfactory.

Room was especially clean every day, comfortable bedding, good number of electric outlets, just a very nice set up. Very convenient to the METRO system.

Staff mostly very friendly and helpful. Breakfasts fine but the toaster took 10 minutes for a slice of bread! I found the plastic trees and darkness in lobby/eating areas a little stuffy and airless (despite the cavernous ) and uninspiring and no intimacy. I would have appreciated some water in the room and not to have to buy it in the hotel shop! REAL MILK and not those horrible cream plastic pots would be ideall

Close to metro

Clean, mostly quiet hotel

Pros: Cleanliness, proximity to the Metro
Cons: A better menu for the breakfast buffet, we ate at three other establishments within a mile of the hotel and had a better meal for less money.
Location: Convenient to Metro and some nearby shopping
Everything in this Hilton was very clean, even the outside trash bins were emptied regularly. Room was clean, well-stocked, thermostat worked correctly, bed was comfortable if a bit soft. Front desk staff was matter of fact, neither pleasant nor rude. Housekeeping and bell staff were very pleasant. The restaurant staff was overwhelmed at breakfast (our only meal on premises) and not especially busy. Breakfast was $18 per person, and this was a buffet with no table service until the check was presented. I did not see anyone eating lunch or dinner at the restaurant. Two of our four nights were also shared by a school group who liked to make noise before 7 AM, not the hotel's fault but that of the chaperones. I feel that the $15 per day parking fee is a bit stiff for an out-of-downtown hotel. Twinbrooks Metro station was across the street from the rear of the hotel, a definite plus. Overall a nice stay.

Nice hotel, great location

My wife and I have stayed at this hotel on multiple occasions. We love the location. The twin brook metro station is literally across the street. There are many dining options within walking distance. The hotel staff has always been helpful and friendly. Our rooms have always been clean and nice. We would definately stay there again.

Visit my daughter in AU.

Pros: It was Clean.
Cons: A new face-lift.
Location: Not much to do around the hotel. Too far from AU.
This Hilton is rated 4 stars, but I think it should be 3. The room we stayed at had no windows, it has a window that faces the opened atrium and we had to keep the shades closed for privacy. It was also far from AU and some what isolated. This Hilton is very dated and could use a new face - lift.

Nice location for public transport

Location: Great location close to shopping and dining (lots of good restaurants in the neighbourhood). Right in fron of metro for trains to downtown DC
I specifically asked and was told parking was free for the four days, got a ticket stamped for the period and still got charged even when the car was just visiting and not parking over night

Superb Hotel near Walter Reed in Bethesda-10 Star!

Pros: Leadership provided by the General Manager, Mark Nelson and the Director of Operations, Paul Leader.
Cons: No improvements recommended.
Location: Great location for anyone house hunting in the Bethesda/Rockville area.
During our recent stay, the restaurant staff provided Customer Service “Magic”. I could tell from their body language and demeanor that the staff was excited and firm in their belief to deliver top quality customer service to my family. When this style of first-class reputation spreads, more customers will show up on the doorsteps of the Twinbrook Grille and other guest accommodations. Our room was clean and well-maintained. Overall, the exceptional drive displayed by all members of the staff made a positive, lasting impression, and we will recommend this hotel to anyone searching for a dazzling adventure in Rockville, MD.

Good location for a mole

Our bed was comfortable however our room had no natural light. A standard king was on the first floor with no outside window. Window opened onto walkway next to restaurant which was noisy w convention . It was like sleeping in the basement- ugh.
