“15 minutes from Washington, D.C.”

I was impressed with the room size - studio with full kitchen and bathroom with vanity - pleny of room - clean and would definitely go back again - was in precise proximity to Wash. D.C. which was a plus - just 20 to 30 minutes away.

“Be afraid.”

What an absolute dump! First of all, police were in the lobby arresting one of the "residents" for domestic violence. Then, after waiting nearly 20 minutes to be assisted at the front desk, we were finally given our room keys. We went up to the room to find a squatter in the room. The woman at the front desk didn't seem too surprised when we told her. Apparently they have frequent problems with squatters. We were finally given a room that was empty. It was supposed to be non-smoking but wasn't. The room smelled like an ashtray and wasn't very clean. The comforter had big tears in it, and the pillows were the size of travel pillows. We really couldn't get out of there fast enough. I know you get what you pay for, but this place was a joke. Do yourself a favor and pony up a few extra dollars and stay at a more reputable place.

“Bad Experience - Beware!”

Tried to check-in (10:45 at night) ...took 20 min because the afrikan fellow was obviously new, bad English and the lady assisting him was too busy talking with other couple standing at the counter, talking about the cost of underwear. After finally getting a room, opened the door, the light switch on the wall did not work....had to stumble over coffee table to bathroom. The bathroom had no toilet paper, soap still in the dish in the tub area as well as in the sink holders. The bed was unmade and carpet needed vacuuming. Obviously an oversight of housekeeping. Went back down to clerk, who scrambled for 20 min to get me another room. He said 251, but asked me to follow him to check it out. He tried to open 151 (don't know why), but obviously, someone was asleep in there...who yelled out at him. He then took me to room 251....looked okay, but he could not get the a/c to work. I finally gave up on this place. While checking out of this "joint" I noticed a sign that indicated that if you wanted your linen's & towels replaced..you would have to pay an additional $3 a day. That's just not right! I can get better service at a Marriott, Hyatt, etc. I definitely would NOT stay here nor can I recommend this place. BEWARE!
