This warm and friendly, family run Guest House offers unpretentious first class economic accommodation, combined with a gracious and helpful service.
All of the guest rooms are en-suite, equipped with TV, Sky and a DVD player, coffee and tea making facilities, hospitality tray and hairdryer.

“Nice but not quite”
Nice people, but I booked mainly on distance and "5.1 miles" from Battle turns out to be 8.4 miles by the shortest route. The bedroom was clean and tidy, the bed was very low and mattress was uncomfortable. Toast was DIY but that means cold toast or cold breakfast (how do I know when to put the bread in?) Simple SKY TV but no TV remote (!?)
