Campanile convenience

Posted Sep 23, 2013
Pros: Good Campanile quality
Cons: Relax at dinner, no need to rush
Location: Close to motorway close to city.
A typical Campanile, good value, good standard. The restaurant was a bit stressed at dinner, unnecessarily under the pump.

Reasonable room rates

Posted Sep 16, 2013 on Hotels.com
We thought the accommodation was quite reasonable - it had a reasonably sized room, it was clean, had air-conditioning and a kettle with coffee/sugar sachets and waxed cup with optional plastic lid. The bed was a little too firm for me but not overly hard. There was a metal shutter on the window which took us a little while to work out how to use ( there is a switch by the electric sockets labeled 'store'). We did find the price of meals quite expensive and the bread rolls very hard! (Need good teeth). The eating area outside was pleasant though. Many staff did speak English which was helpful. Also the room had free WiFi which was good. Overall a good standard for a budget hotel.

Simple but decent hotel on the outskirts

Posted Jul 14, 2013
If you know Campanile Hotels you know what you get when you book one... they are mostly modern but relatively simple and normally a certain distance to where the action is. Having said that, I found the stay there good enough. The area has several hotels, all have a certain motel feel to them. The room itself was small and functional but clean and provided a good night sleep. The adjacent restaurant was the normal Campanile standard, so decent enough. One downside was finding the place, somehow it's not well tagged in internet maps systems like Google or Apple Maps, something the owners could surely get sorted. In summary I would recommend this hotel for travellers who are not looking for luxury and do not need to be walking distance to where things happen.

Fanatstic overnight stop. This isn't the Ritz, but then you aren't paying Ritz prices! Excellent room, clean and comfortable. Wonderful shower. Easy location to find, drove into Beziers for a meal. Great stuff - just love Campaniles.
