Perfect location on the lake and in the village.Posted Jul 23, 2014
Place is beautiful, located right on the lake in the village. The Resturant Bin 186 is nice just had appetizers but were delicous. Everyone one was professional and helpful. I will be back to this little piece of heaven!!

Good location- Not worth the price.Posted Jul 14, 2014
Pros: Comfortable bed. Very clean sheets and pillows.
Cons: Walls are extremely thin. I could hear people's conversations as they walked down the hall. The walls vibrated and shook when doors closed.
Overpriced basic hotel with overpriced amenities. Nice staff. Basic product. Extremely poor construction- unbeleivably thin walls, poorly designed and built.

Probably the nicest hotel in Lake Arrowhead but...Posted Jul 6, 2014
Pros: Facilities are nice and its close to the village to eat and sight see.
Cons: all of the above mentioned.
Location: See the activities section.
This hotel was nice and relaxing. There are good facilities and the staff are nice but our room was ok. The room was clean and relaxing but our shower leaked all over the floor, the bed was comfortable but dipped too low when sleeping. The AC setting was difficult to adjust and was on constantly. The maid left our room unlocked when he/she left cleaning. The worst of all...they charge you for the complimentary Arrowhead water bottle-$3 each bottle. The label says complimentary but the fine print says it will charge your room for the water. I might stay again if they make these improvements.

Beautiful resort at Lake ArrowheadPosted Jun 24, 2014
Great hotel. Close to everything. Rooms were very nice. Hotel was well taken care of. Very upscale. Would definitely come back again.
Go once, but not twicePosted Jun 17, 2014
Pros: Location is good, water views are good.
Cons: Rooms are B+. Dining is C+ to B- at best.
Location: Limited unless you are active water sports fans. I'd rather be near the ocean. There is a hiking trail around part of the lake that is OK but limite
as the iconic property, this resort is something aking to Hotel Del Coronado, in that it's the place to stay if you've never been to lake Arrowhead before, but once you've been there, it's not worth a repeat. The staff tried to be helpful, but frankly we didn't get VIP treatment, and our room was disappointing in both location and condition. Partly that was because it was Father's day weekend and they had a wedding, but our experience was sufficiently dull that we left early on checkout day. I think they try hard to be customer friendly, so I can't criticize the staff's attitutude. It's just not a great value. I'll search for other venues in So Cal ahead of this one, and recommend that locals day-trip it and pass on the overnight unless they are on a conference or corporate boondoggle.

Wonderful time had by allPosted May 28, 2014
This hotel had everything we needed. It wasn't over crowded and the nearby activity created the special memories we will have for a long time. The spa was Devine.. But pricy. Look for places surrounding if ur into saving a few pennies. Kudos to Stacy at the spa for the best massage.

Not what we though it would be...Posted May 26, 2014
We pay to have the room with balcony and nice view of the lake . They gave us the far and of the hotel and no balcony. We could see the lake if we try hard. No bathtub either just a shower. We pay too much for what they provided. Just a normal room.

Nice hotel, very thin wallsPosted May 15, 2014
Pros: staff was extremely nice and helpful
Cons: hotel structure, insulators, anything to dampen the noise.
Location: the village is walking distance which is nice
While the hotel staff is very nice and helpful (and the hotel being pet friendly is awesome), the walls are way too thin to enjoy a good night's sleep. I had a baby crying next door to me all night and then all morning so I was a zombie by the time I left the hotel.
