“Would definitely stay on my next visit to Big Bear!”

This cabin was exceptional! It's nice and cozy.. had a fireplace and a futon in the livingroom. It was very clean and the onsite manager was very nice and attentive.

It was a great time. Couple nights away in the cold with a fireplace for the wife's b-day. It met every expectation.

“Find another place to stay in big bear lake”

Floor was filthy that our white socks were gray after a short time of walking around one tiny room. TV remotes incompatible with the units. Manager said that he would try and find the correct remote but if he did not come back that night , that means he did to find it. We did not see him again. When we checked in, manager felt the sheets under an old looking comforter. He handed us two sheets set implying that we can change the beds ourselves as it was used. The bed and futon was very uncomfortable. One of the doors looked liked it was broken into making us feel unsafe, windows have broken locks as well. I will come back to big bear lake but will find another place to stay.
