“Big Bear Value for families or couples”

Booked only 1 night in advance due to last minute vacation changes, I was surprised to find such a good deal at the Marina Resort. We had a pleasant experience a few years ago, so we knew this was a trustworthy place to stay. Even though we spent very little time there (family was in town), the location on the lake is fantastic. They also have a fridge in the room which is great when travelling. We have no complaints about this place except that the sounds from the room above (the person walking around the room) distracted me when lying in bed. Otherwise, all was fine.

“Awesome location”

We have stayed at the Marina Resort many times and love it. You can walk almost anywhere and the view of the lake from the room is incredible. I really appreciate that the hotel keeps families on the lower floors and reserves the top floor for adults. For the price you can't beat it!

Lovely lodge right on the lake and 2 short blocks from the village. Would most definitely return for another visit.

Excellent value. Very pleased we booked thru Expedia. Saved quite a bit on the motel & the motel was excellent. Good location, great view, clean, well-appointed with a helpful staff.

“Relaxing Place!”

This was an amazing hotel resort that I stayed at about 12 years ago, and loved it then just as much! You can go as a romantic get-a-way or as a family trip. We had our 3 kids with us and it had plenty of activities there for them to keep them busy and we all had a blast! Will definitely go back many times! This is my #1 choice to stay next time we go to Big Bear! The rates were great 2!

This hotel is conveniently located to the village and has so many great things to do both in the area and at the hotel. We had an excellent time there, and can't wait to go back!!!

“Comfortable and Great Location”

We were impressed with the hotel. The decor is rustic. The room was comfortable and had a great view of the lake. The staff was helpful and friendly. The hot tub was relaxing and open in December. Great location near the village and walking distance to all the great shopping and resturaunts and would definitely consider revisiting.

“all rooms with a view”

We were very impressed all rooms have a beautiful lake view. Very comfortable beds with tons of pillows. The room did show some wear, needed new carpet, bathroom update and ice machine did not work.We were pleasantly greated and a bit before check-in time. Having a private beach and enclosed was especially nice for an evening walk. The Village is just across the street, so handy for shopping and eating. Also access to lake water sport are just next door. Price was fair through expedia. We would return.

“Perfect”

This hotel was so cute and perfect. There is a lake view in every room which was really nice. Has free samples in check in room and were very friendly. Across the street is the shopping area. there is also fridge hair blowdryer extra blankets good heaters closet coffe maker lake view balcony
