Nice and Convenient Overnight Accommodation

Posted Oct 21, 2014
Pros: Conveniently close to the Village.
Location: Shopping, strolling and dining at nearby Village. It's also close to the lake offering several water activities but I didn't do any water activities.
Nice overnight accommodation; conveniently close to the Village for shopping, strolling and good restaurants. There were some construction or repairs going on during my visit but it didn't affect my stay. Hotel staff were helpful and responsive. The wifi was working and the hotel was generally clean. If you want to explore further, there's an Enterprise rent-a-car at the hotel lobby.

1st morning woke to hotel construction noise outside our window. Had to request maid service which got half done job. After 3 trip to the front desk about issues I gave up. Last night lights in bathroom burned out. Showered in the dark.

Cute, cozy hotel. Located in the village area.

Grew up going to Big Bear b/c my grandparents owned a cabin up there when I was younger. Now I bring my husband and our family up there. We stay in different hotels or cabins. This was our first stay at this hotel and the stay was great. Although this trip was just an overnight stay, everything was clean, cozy, alittle rustic charm and the staff was very friendly. Perfect location in Village area for walking around the shops and to restaurants.

Pros: none
Great location in town. But really really really horrible internet connection. Also, inside the room, it smells like some animal is dying there.

Just ok... Wouldn't go back.

Pros: Nothing much.
Cons: A hotel restaurant should be open everyday. Poor maid service.
Check in was easy. Hotel restaurant was closed during our 2 day stay. Very hard to find dining choices since it seemed like it was definitely the start of off season. Room was adequate. For the price I paid we could have stayed in a cabin on the lake. Day 2 we left our room around 10:00am and returned around 3pm. No maid service came to our room. Overall, our stay was just ok. Would not return again.

Great location

Posted Sep 16, 2014
Pros: location
Cons: have your weddings inside & you need newer & larger TV's.
Location: lots of shopping and restaurants near by. Great location poor management
Not sure i would recommend this hotel, there was a wedding the evening we stayed here and the hotel let the weddding party outside in the pool area until midnight. Needless to say we didn't get much sleep. This should not happen as not everyone staying in the hotel was a pary of the wedding.

Not worth the money!

Posted Sep 16, 2014
Pros: It was close to the Village, so we were able to walk there.
Cons: Hotel needs upgrading.
Location: The Village is charming, and is fun to walk around. Plenty of places to eat, and many varieties to chose from.
We chose this hotel because it was located right next to the Village. It wasn't worth the $200 we spent to stay there. The bathroom door was broken and didn't close all the way. There was not a blow dryer in the room, and the carpet was stained. We could hear the man snoring in the room above us!
