Friendly staff, the entire hotel was smoke free!!!! Was nice to have microwave and fridge right in the room. The comforters could be updated few stains on the carpet and the desk chair but room was clean. It was ok for the price of the room. Pool and hot tub area was nice

“Staff the only drawback”

The hotel overall is exactly what one might expect from a Super8 - no great shakes, but not too shabby. The staff was pretty inattentive, though, and in fact charged my credit card again without explanation (although I paid through Expedia and didn't incur any incidental costs or damages). The continental breakfast left a little to be desired, but nearby restaurants made up for that. Other than the staff, it's a fine place for budget weekenders in Big Rapids.

I like to see a person when I first check-in, not call up on a "house phone." The lady was very nice/helpful. The room was nice but small. My daughter had a nice time at the pool!

There were burn holes in the comforter and and one role of toilet paper in the bathroom. Also their internet for wi fi was so slow i couldn't do any work on my laptop

This is a tired hotel in need of renovations. Staff has poor people skills. Beds are worn, linens are marginal, bath towels are very thin, room chairs are dirty and frayed, furniture is old and tired. Hallway carpet is filthy. The planter outside the entrance door was decorated with an empty whiskey bottle from a previous guest. In a few words, I would guess the owners of this property are milking it for all the cash they can get, and leaving the badly needed renovations to the next owner.
