Good Hotel -- very convenientPosted Oct 10, 2013
Pros: super convenient to Yellowstone western entrance, great breakfast
Cons: charged us wrong about -- didn't give us Expedia price and didn't have paper at time. Will fix
Location: Yellowstone is 1/4 mile away!

Conveniently located, great breakfast, watch pricePosted Oct 6, 2013
Pros: Place was clean and nice. Great breakfast, nice staff, conveniently located to west entrance of Yellowstone.
Cons: They need to have Expedia quotes with them!!
Location: Great -- Yellowstone NP
Place was clean and nice. Great breakfast, nice staff, conveniently located to west entrance of Yellowstone. However, their price did not agree with what we had through Expedia. Unfortunately, I only found my paperwork after we left -- it was a difference of about $25 (about $12 a night). Not too big a deal and not sure it's worth us doing anything about it. But, it was annoying.

A good one!!Posted Sep 22, 2013
Spent 2 nights while visiting Yellowstone, very central and close to park entrance. Nice big room that was clean and tidy. One of the better ones that we stayed in!!
Great location just minutes from Yellowstone ParkPosted Sep 13, 2013
Pros: Nice pool and spa. Great breakfast. Very close to entrance to Yellowstone, just 2 streets away.
Cons: Horrible pillows, much too high. Expensive stay, but at check out, 60 $ tax per night were added. Ouch. Service level of staff can not be lower.
Location: Yellowstone National Park entrance is just a mile away. Absolutely awesome place. Grand Teton Park also close by. Town places to eat were bad.
Biggest impression: Horrible staff. Both morning shift and night shift needs to go back to service school. At check out a huge tax was added to our bill. Amounts of this size should be advised upon check-in. Positive things: Wonderful location, good breakfast, great pool, good clean airy rooms. Tables and chairs outside entrance for smokers (nice). Not so positive things: level of service from staff, bad pillows which could break your neck, being waken by a tour bus at the parking lot 5 AM (all three days hotel was fully booked), pubs and restaurants around the hotel were bad, so we ate at the Yellowstone Park instead.

Lovely hotel, convenient to Yellowstone west entraPosted Sep 1, 2013
Pros: Proximity to west Yellowstone and a nice little place to wander about in the evening. The hotel was just on the Main Street where everything was.
Cons: Didn't need much improvement, larger pool towels possibly, but that's just being fussy.
Location: In the middle of WYellowstone village, near Yellowstone entrance. Lots of brochures in the hotel about things to do, but we only saw the park.
Very pleasant check in staff and a very nice room. Good breakfast to set you up for the day. The pool area was good, though the pool towels were a little on the small side.

at least it's close to the park........Posted Aug 13, 2013
Pros: I liked the ease of getting to the park from this hotel.
Cons: breakfast is OK, but seating area can only accommodate about 20 people. had to haul the food back to the room or to my car on most mornings.
it fits in with everything else about West Yellowstone. Kind of old and rundown.

Right in the heart of West YellowstonePosted Aug 9, 2013
Cons: Better beds, wifi that works
The room was clean and right in the heart of West Yellowstone. However, we had a room with two queen size beds. One of the beds was completely unusable as when you sat down on it you sank into a hole. It would have killed your back to sleep in it. Wifi didn't work at all in this hotel. It was just a so, so place to stay and very disappoining.
