Gateway to Yellowstone - Fantastic FacilityPosted Aug 29, 2013
Pros: clean facilities. advance notice of best times to avoid crowds was very helpful.
Cons: The room doors could be sound proofed. Could hear conversations from rooms in the hallway.
Location: Access to all of West Yellowstone and, of course, Yellowstone Park
Very convenient place near the Park entrance. Pool and hot tub are excellent. Helpful staff; particularly the breakfast help.

Great location nice welcome smilePosted Aug 26, 2013
Pros: The location the beds where comfortable
Cons: More gluten free choices for breakfast
Location: Excellent soccer field close by for boys who need to play soccer on vacation. Lots of fun shopping close. Lots of food choices.
We were with our Grandsons. It was a great location. Rooms where a good size. They truly loved the breakfast food. I am gluten free not a lot of choices for me.

perfect location!Posted Aug 18, 2013
Pros: Location, location, location
Over 12 days we stayed in multiple hotels on all sides of Yellowstone. We found that West Yellowstone is this most convenient and provides the easiest access to the Park. The town is lively and has lots of restaurants to choose from and being right next to the Grizzly Wilderness Center and Imax theatre is a major plus. The hotel is very clean, great rooms and décor and seems very new.

A very standard over-priced placePosted Aug 17, 2013
Pros: Lots of parking space.
Cons: See above. More breakfast space. Add another elevator. Lower the price. More soundproofing.
Location: About three blocks from stores and downtown, just too far to walk, Yellowstone National Park is the main attraction, and really quite close by car.
When we arrived no-one was at the front desk- just a "back soon" sign so we left again for a while and came back later, The room was clean, and maid service fine. The hotel room was noisy and not sound proofed enough. One elevator is just not enough for when people are checking in and out with luggage carts and families, so be prepared to use the stairs at peak times ( fortunately it is only three floors ). Towels and finishing etc very standard for the high price. Bed was comfortable. The "free" breakfast was a zoo- too little space, too many people, not enough seating, not replenished efficiently, and not being cleaned up. So we went elsewhere to eat !. Location was OK . So a standard place charging too much.

HotelPosted Aug 12, 2013
Pros: Bed was very comfortable.
Cons: Breakfast room and rates
Location: Location was good for my family.
Myself and my 2 children stayed at the Club House for one night. Overall my stay was ok. I did not like the cost of the room (263.90) and when we took our daily showers there was NO hot water. I feel your hotel is in need for a larger breakfast room when we went down for breakfast there was no room to eat. Due to not having any hot water for a shower I most likely will find another Hotel to stay at next year.

Unfriendly and overpriced!Posted Aug 11, 2013
Pros: Jacuzzi in room
Cons: Staff and breakfast
Location: Might as well stay in park
This was the least friendliest of all the places we have stayed in so far. Breakfast was very basic and the room small and in need of refurbishment. It is also very expensive and I would recommend staying near Old Faithful in the park itself. From here you easily visitMammoth Springs and other areas. Book early and stay somewhere else!!!!
