Nice hotel to stay at.Posted Jul 27, 2014
Nice place to stay. A little expensive, but I understand they only have a limited time period to make their money.

Close to everything!Posted Jun 19, 2014
Location was great. Easy to find and easy to get to everything. The staff was very helpful and informative. Gave us a lot of great suggestions. The room was in good shape and very clean. We had a room with two queen size beds and a pull out couch. Did miss having a table and more than one chair. Breakfast was good but had a few snags. Fridge worked well too. Would stay here again for sure.

Convenient hotel to west entrance to YellowstonePosted Sep 25, 2013
Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: Much more attention to just the condition of the facilities as they are heavily used.
Location: Less than a mile from the west entrance of Yellowstone. Easy driving to lakes and rivers near by and the beautiful scenery associated with them.
Very friendly and helpful staff that makes it barely OK for a place to stay. We stayed here a year ago and it was beginning to show signs of wear then due to the large numbers of people using the facility. This year it was much more worn to the point that the bathroom tile floor needed repair in the room in which we were staying. Breakfast was included in the room price and the small dinning area was so crowded with bus tours that we basically left the hotel each day for breakfast. Maybe we just had a bad room this time but for the price it was a disappointment. The town of West Yellowstone is transforming from a friendly western town to a much more "touristy" area with all the fake stuff that goes with it. Many places to eat with a wide variety of menus, however, the more up-scale places have long waits.

Road TripPosted Sep 25, 2013
Pros: Rooms were very open, lots of space, and the beds were very comfortable. Loved the presentation of the room.
Needed a place to stay in Jackson and looked on Expedia as we were travelling and this hotel came up so we thought we would give it a try.

Great location near west entrance to Yellowstone.Posted Sep 15, 2013
Pros: Location and comfort.
Cons: Needs a larger room for breakfast. Extra tables were set up outside but on cool mornings they were under utilized.
Location: A few minutes to park entrance and just a block from the Main Street of town.
Better than expected. Nice location . Adequate breakfast .

There was an odor in the room I could not describePosted Sep 9, 2013
Pros: Not much.
Cons: The rooms need to be thoroughly cleaned, shampoo carpets and chairs, dry clean curtains, replace bed spreads.
Location: Not sure. We were only there 1 day.
The was an odor in the room we could not describe and it was in some of the other rooms as well; the carpets were dirty; chairs were stained; curtains need to be cleaned; shower looked dirty or dated; the air conditioning did not work well, however, it is my understanding they are getting new air conditioners in all the rooms, which is great; bed comfort was ok; and lastly, the bed spreads need to be replaced. Breakfast was very limited, but ok. We would not choose to stay there again.

Very nice hotel next to Yellowstone National Park.Posted Sep 6, 2013
Very nice hotel--little on the expensive side, though it is right outside of Yellowstone! We were very comfortable and the staff was very friendly. Nice breakfast, though choices were somewhat limited. Dining room seating was very nice!

The place to stayPosted Aug 31, 2013
Cons: Breakfast is quite all right and healthy. We hope for more varieties, like scramble eggs, bacons, and etc.
This is the second time we visited Yellowstone and stayed on the west entrance area. I wished we knew about this hotel on our fist trip. Staying at the Club Inn certainly enhanced our entire experience because it is everything you could hope for after a tiring day. Plus it is near to everything (restaurants, shops, and super markets). We will definitely stay at this hotel when we come back next time.
