“Perfect for an affordable, yet upscale Yellowstone getaway”
I've stayed in West Yellowstone a few times before on visits to the park, but my stay at the Gray Wolf last week was definitely my most enjoyable experience. I highly recommend it to anyone. It's more affordable than the name-brand hotels in town, and in some cases, better than what you'd find there anyway!
You get more than what you pay for between the comfort of the rooms to the upscale quality of the hotel to the attentiveness of the staff. Couldn't ask for more!
The hotel itself is easy to find and one of the main roads - in a quiet locale away from the crowds, but easy walking distance to the heart of downtown West Yellowstone.
Bonus: The hotel offers box lunches for $12 that you can take for picnics in the park. You get a sandwich, fresh fruit, chips, a sweet treat and pop or water. Compared to what you'd pay in the park's crowded restaurants, that's a steal!! Plus, you can enjoy the beauty of the park and eat lunch wherever and whenever you choose (rather than having to time your meal at one of the junctions with all the other tourists). Stress-free and relaxing!
I honestly can't say enough good things about this hotel. I'd stay here again and again and again!!
