Staff was very friendly and accommodating to our party of 10. Very clean and pleasantly decorated in a rustic way. Pool area was great! Breakfast had a wide selection of food including hot eggs and pancakes!

I appreciated being informed beforehand the inability to go to Old Faithful due to road maintenance. However, I was traveling with my two children and it would have been nice to know the pool and hot tub would be having maintenance during my stay. With much of the town being shut down until May it would have been nice to go swimming.

The room was very cozy and the hotel was right across the street from the Grizzly and Wolf Discovery Center. The town is very nice and seemed like there are a lot of places nearby to eat. The hotel breakfast wasn’t anything special. Yogurt machine was broken, pancake machine was broken, and the only other options were bagels, bread, overhard eggs, and cereal. No potatoes or meat or anything. Overall the stay was nice for what we needed.

Great location in West Yellowstone, was able to easily walk to nearby stores and restaurants. Breakfast was above our expectations and front desk staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay!

We had a dual king room and the beds and pillows were very uncomfortable and the shower head and water pressure were really bad! The breakfast in the morning was just your typical hotel buffet type breakfast nothing spectacular.

The room was very clean and comfortable, but when we went to the pool area thinking to relax the whirlpool was not working and after being outside in the cold it would have been nice to sit in. Also the book in the room with area food and activities said there was a sauna and there wasn’t.

There was a problem with my reservation( my fault) and the ladies at the front desk were exceptionally helpful in correcting the situation, The property is conveniently located to the highway. Breakfast was great! The fire pits out front were a great bonus! Would highly recommend this property!
