Excellent Stay

Posted Sep 17, 2014
Pros: The ambiance and decor were second to none. Very rustic in style, but extremely well-maintained. Loved the stuffed animals in the lobby.
Cons: Had a slight problem with the shower knob, which was loose, but only a minor irritation in an otherwise perfect stay.
Location: Located just outside the west gate of Yellowstone National Park and within easy driving distance of Grand Teton National Park.
Drove to West Yellowstone (took all day) and arrived late. The clerk was very cheerful and said she'd been waiting for us. Got our room without any fuss, and enjoyed a good sleep on a great bed. Went down the next morning for the Continental breakfast and was greeted by a very chatty gentleman (I've forgotten his name) who asked if there was anything I needed to let him know. Excellent breakfast with a great variety of food. Much more than just juice and rolls, there were cereals, bagels, yogurt, and much more. We stayed 3 nights and the staff were just as good for the whole trip.

We had a good time

Posted Sep 14, 2014
Pros: The location was perfect. and the lobby is so much fun and beautiful.
Cons: The only problem we had was the fitted sheet kept coming off. Need deep pocket ones. As a person with allergies, I had a hard time with the smell of
Location: West Yellowstone is a great town. We had b-fast and dinner at one place, and shopped all over and had dinner in a couple places. Museum good too.
We three days in the hotel. We used it as base for our trip to Yellowstone. We had an amazing trip and the hotel helped us to be comfortable which is what you need on vacation.

Better than expected, central and convenient.

Posted Sep 12, 2014
Pros: Position and wifi access.
Cons: Update the room, comfortable and clean but older.
Location: Lots to do and on the door step to yellowstone.
Good place to stay a few nights in West Yellowstone. Basic but good breakfast, good wifi in our room and comfortable bed. A few minutes walk from all amenities (supermarket, restaurants, shops etc). So all round good option for travellers to yellowstone flying in or out of yellowstone airport.

Room and hotel were good

Comfortable and good location. Breakfast was pretty awful. Sweet store-bought quality pastries, hard-boiled eggs and toast. Healthy obviously not a consideration.

a little expensive but overall very good stay

Posted Sep 2, 2014
i arranged the hotel the last minute to go to yellowstone, so everything is expensive. i only found this hotel close enough to west entrance and it took about 40 mins to get into yellowstone Madison junction area. but on the way is very beautiful and so i did not mind. The hotel is comfortable and nice atmosphere and close to all the restaurants and shopping area in the small town. if you cannot find the hotel inside yellowstone, this hotel is the one to go. the room i got is a little noisy because it is close to ice machine. but i am tired driving the whole day, so i did not notice as usual.
