Great timePosted Jan 31, 2013 on Hotels.com
It was very nice, the staff was very friendly and helpful. It was the first time back to Big Sky in 13 years and it was nice to have a hotel with all the ameneties in one place, the hot tub and exercise room was nice to have at the beginning and the end of the day.

Very Nice and ConvenientPosted Jan 14, 2013
Pros: The friendly people.
Cons: The price of the food.
Location: Super great location.
The folks working there were very nice and considerate; the people were the best part of the hotel, seriously. The food was very good; however, a bit expensive, thank god for the breakfast coupons. Beer was $5 a pint. The location was very convenient being at the base of the mountain and the ski storage was good as well (coupons provided too). Parking under the hotel is valet at $15 per day, with the free parking being about a 12 minute walk. The jacuzzi pool was hot and bubbly, make sure you find the switch on the outside wall to turn on the main jets. The room was typical, nothing special, but the lights were annoyingly dim.

Overall the hotel is good but the people...Posted Sep 2, 2012
In the middle of our stay we headed request to repair the toilet and the bathtub in our bathroom. Also asked to vacuum the floor in our room because it was not done in previous days. A few hours later when we got back we were disappointed that nothing has been corrected in the bathroom, the room was not cleaned at all and we did not have clean towels. Overall cleaning of our room throughout our stay was of poor quality.

Uncaring about customersPosted Aug 15, 2012
Cons: Bathroom and the service
First of all this hotel is not one to stay in for Yellowstone, it is about an hour and 45 minutes from the west entrance and you have to drive up an entire mountain to get to it. The hotel is clean but the customer service was terrible. We ordered a king hotel room with a Jacuzzi tub and when we arrived we were given a king handicap accessible room. Instead of a Jacuzzi we got a bathroom that looked like a hospital bathroom. They did nothing to change our room when we complained, as if since I ordered on expedia I was not important. When we went to the hot tub we were warned 3 times it was closing half an hour before it closed. The price you pay for this hotel is not worth it. I will never stay here again and will never recommend it. Might as well stay at a holiday inn for better service and price.

Great place to relax and still be entertainedPosted Aug 10, 2012
Pros: Quietness and setting
Cons: Distance from the park
Location: Great location for skiing and winter sports
We loved our stay at the Big Sky resort. The staff was friendly, our room was comfortable and very quiet. We stayed during august, so we did not experience the skiing, but it looks like a wonderful place to take in the slopes. You have all you need within the resort, so no need to travel. Food is great. Many activities for off season visitors although our main destination was Yellowstone so I cannot rate these. It is a little far from Yellowstone (approx. 1 1/2 hours from west entrance), so if you want to stay away from the crowds it is great, but if your main goal is to visit the park it is a little far to travel daily. The only reason I did not give the service 5 stars was that the maid service only made up the beds and cleaned our coffee pots. The sink was not cleaned when they came in.

Ski resort in the SummerPosted Aug 10, 2012 on Hotels.com
Excellent property and great rooms. A very enjoyable vacation. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They did a good job providing summer activities, but it is obviously built for the Skiing in winter months. I'll just have to return when the snow arrives.
