West Yellowstone stayPosted Aug 13, 2013 on Hotels.com
The hotel was nice (within walking distance of the IMAX, Discovery Center and Playmill theater) and the front desk staff was wonderful. HOWEVER - they had no record of my booking. NONE. Luckily they bent over backwards and found a room for me or I would have been sleeping on the street. They recommended I book with a different booking company next time. The only issues they have had were with this company and one other one.

Check out other places 1st.Posted Aug 12, 2013
Pros: checking out and leaving
Cons: Add lighting in entry area, and ReTrain the rude, middle aged woman about proper hospitality, she will chase all the customers away. She is bad news.
Location: It is on the main run through the town and is in an ok spot.
The middle aged long brown haired check in lady is more interested in complaining and telling you about how bad her day is than checking you in. She handed me the room keys with a tissue as if it was carrying a disease. Take along a flashlight the rooms are dark.

Good location but felt dirtyPosted Aug 6, 2013 on Hotels.com
The hotel looked fine driving up to it but when I got to my room I could hardly even open the door. I had to throw myself into it for it to budge open. It seems like an older hotel that hasn't been kept up very well. I felt very dirty in the room and I couldn't shut the curtains all the way so I didn't feel as if I had any privacy. There is a hot tub sign on the stairs by where we stayed but when I asked the front desk where it was I was told that there is no hot tub and she didn't know why the sign was there. For one night passing through it was alright but definitely not somewhere I would like to stay again if I had the choice.

Hotel stay was very disappointing.Posted Aug 5, 2013
Pros: It was close (along with all the hotels in town) to eateries in town. Could walk everywhere.
Cons: I believe I answered this question in the first set of questions.
Location: Location was good. It was very close to Yellowstone Nat'l Park, which is where we were visiting.
This place was very low grade for the amount they charged ($158.00.) Everything in the room was very old, carpet was ripped, the door was beat up and they tried to fix it and never painted over it, the curtains were filthy, no remote control for the tv( ours was the only room) because I called the front desk, could not connect to the free Internet. The stay was very disappointing! I'd take this one off your list. The town of W. Yellowstone, MO has a ton of better places to stay.

Very datedPosted Jul 26, 2013 on Hotels.com
This hotel is conveniently located. The rooms were good size. The carpet was sorely in need of a cleaning and the room had a musty smell. For the lower price than average, this is what you get in a very touristy area at the height of the season. Won't stay there again.

Crossing it off our listPosted Jul 24, 2013 on Hotels.com
Found a dirty towel on the bathroom rod, dirt in the corners of bathroom floor. Outside stairs to second floor were steep, narrow and rickety.

Did not like this hotel at allPosted Jul 15, 2013 on Hotels.com
We stayed at 4 different hotels on this trip and this was by far the worst. The air conditioner went out during the night and we were roasting. The bed was old and ratty and very uncomfortable. No hair dryer in room or refrigerator which i though was pretty standard these days. The room felt musty and unclean. The lady at the desk told us it was one of her best rooms when we checked in mentioning a nice view of a tree. I looked around for it since we faced the parking lot, but all i could find was a lonely pine tree from the bathroom window. At least this made me laugh!
