Pleasing Facility/Great Breakfast

Posted Aug 22, 2013
Pros: It was convenient to the things we wanted to do while in West Yellowstone. We booked online and felt the price was comparable to the other places,
Cons: The television wasn't up to par - very small and the screen wasn't big - especially compared to other motels we stayed at while traveling.
Location: The location is good - just along the street where many other motels are located. It was most convenient to the road we were traveling as we left.
The motel was attractive and the flowers in the pool area also made things in that area attractive. It was quite noisy from the people who were staying in the room directly above us. It was possible to hear every step they made.

in west yellowstone

This is the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. We could hear the guy in the room next to us snoring. The place is badly in need of renovations. Don't let the video on their website fool you. We walked around our room in our shoes, even when we had our pyjamas on. The cost was outrageous. We paid less for a nice hotel in Rome, Italy! My recommendation, if there are no other rooms available in West Yellowstone and this is your only option, buy a tent!

Stay if you must, but...

This hotel is convenient to Yellowstone. It is very outdated and paint was peeling off the bathroom walls. Full breakfast is served but mediocre quality. Don't wait until the last minute to make reservations like we did and pay way too much for this C- motel. Room had only 2 double beds instead of standard queen size.

Yellowstone Trip

For the price we paid, this hotel was not very good. I guess we paid for the location more than anything. Only two people get free breakfasts while others paid over $8. The TV was very fuzzy and it was an older model. The jacuzzi jets were broken and we had to ask for towels at the front desk after we assumed they were outside as other hotels do in this price range. The beds were very lumpy. If we are ever in the area again I will pay extra and go to the Best Western hotel that is near by.

Poor quality for the price

Big room. Poor condition... 10 holes in outer pain of glass, 1 cracking inner pane. Screen torn and falling out. 3 holes in blackout shades. Bathroom door sticks shut at top. No internet. No hot water in morning. No one available during the night (got back from park at 11 and front desk closed). Called in morning about internet, said they would reset, did not answer when I called back to say it still was not working. water controls reversed on sink. no elevator. shower was slippery, had to use wet towel since only 3 provided for 4 people and no one at front desk to get another one. Only 2 breakfast even though 4 people in room.
