Good value for a night's sleep

Not a luxurious hotel, but reasonable for getting rest while visiting Yellowstone. No issues with the room or service.

Yellowstone Park in & Suites
Posted Jan 10, 2011 on Hotels.com
This hotel is ok if you just need a place to lay your head. Rooms and towels are clean, free ice and beds are comfortable enough but the carpet is old, walls are thin enough to hear the people next door or in the hallway. Over all, Price is a little high for what we're use to. The hotel seems to need maintenance, but good enough for a night stay. Not much better than lodge inside the park.

No comp breakfast, no wireless in room, no hot water.......I have stayed in places all over the U.S and the world, this was one of the worst.

Overpriced

This hotel was probably build before Yellowstone was a National Park - everytime a toilet was flushed - next door or ours - the pipes made loud noises. Could use a good up-dating - not just a "face-lift."

Yellowstone Inn & Suites, West Yellowstone, MT

Both entry doors were in bad shape. You could see out through cracks. Bed was as hard as a board. A/c heat did not put put heat but just blew cool air and made a lot of noise. Overall the property looked shabby.

Could Be Better
Posted Jan 9, 2011
Given this is a motel in an area where demand is high with prices to match, The quality was not in keeping with the price paid. While the employees were friendly, the overall ambiance left a lot to be desired. It was relatively convenient to the town overall but the motel was overshadowed by the quality of the National Park to which it is adjacent. It was reasonably clean but the general condition of the fadcility was just a bit shabby.

Very noisy room
Posted Jan 9, 2011
Hotel was nice, location very good, the buffet at breaksast ($7/person) very convenient, but I was not sure if I was unlucky, but my room at the first floor was very noisy because I heard "everything" from my neighborg upstairs, all his/her steps was easily heard in my room, I woke up several times because the person was just walking upstairs and it was very annoying. I heard the water running as well from my neighborg. Wireless is only accesible at the lobby, which is not nice, considering that you have to go there and in some cases it was crowded.
