Appears to be a very nice place, near riverPosted Sep 17, 2014
Pros: Very helpful staff
Location: fishing, sightseeing
Didn't actually stay here as they were overbooked, but they upgraded us to the Huntley on top of a nearby mountain and it was beautiful. They also made sure we had free breakfast passes at that hotel for the next morning. They went above & beyond and we will not hesitate to stay at Whitewater Inn in the future. Questions about rooms could not be answered honestly as we didn't stay here.

Little bit far from Yellowstone north entrancePosted Sep 6, 2014
The room looks quite comfortable and cozy, but when about to sleep, I found some short hair on the sheet...

Good location and viewsPosted Aug 25, 2014
Cons: Cleaning service
The hotel is a modest building but the problem was the cleaning service, I stayed 3 nights and they never cleans the bathroom. The utility room doors open so you had to see the mess every time i walked to my room.

Terrible experiencePosted Aug 23, 2014
Overpriced based on the conditions. Very poor Wi-Fi signal, odd smell in the room, better than nothing breakfast. If you have other choice, stay away from it.

Hotel could be nice but was not cleanedPosted Aug 12, 2014
Pros: They had a nice lobby and pool area.
Location: Convenient to Big Sky, but not to Yellowstone.
This hotel is an hour's drive from West Yellowstone (over a mountain). We thought it was closer to West Yellowstone. When we arrived at 11 pm, our room had not been cleaned from the previous guest. The bed had been made over dirty sheets with hair on the sheets, Room had not been vacuumed. Sink and floors were dirty. The staff did change the sheets for us and gave us the first night free. This could be a nice hotel, but the housekeeping staff is terrible. The second night we found a dirty towel under the bedspread. All in all, terrible.

Didn't get the room we booked.Posted Aug 1, 2014
Pros: Friendly kitchen staff.
Cons: Cleaner rooms and newer, fluffier pillows.
Location: Very close to all Big Sky attractions.
We did not get the room we had reserved about a month in advance. Ended up in a "smoking" room, that really stunk every time we walked into it.

1-night business stayPosted Jul 18, 2014
Staued in room 224 from 7/16-17. Faound old hair on my pillow from the previous person sstaying thgere. For $147/night you expect better. Terrible breakfest sellection. I stay in allot of hotels, but this was the first time I have had this happen. This hotke used to be better when Big Sky did not own it! I will not be back.
