“Could Be Better”
Given this is a motel in an area where demand is high with prices to match, The quality was not in keeping with the price paid. While the employees were friendly, the overall ambiance left a lot to be desired. It was relatively convenient to the town overall but the motel was overshadowed by the quality of the National Park to which it is adjacent. It was reasonably clean but the general condition of the fadcility was just a bit shabby.
“Very noisy room”
Hotel was nice, location very good, the buffet at breaksast ($7/person) very convenient, but I was not sure if I was unlucky, but my room at the first floor was very noisy because I heard "everything" from my neighborg upstairs, all his/her steps was easily heard in my room, I woke up several times because the person was just walking upstairs and it was very annoying. I heard the water running as well from my neighborg. Wireless is only accesible at the lobby, which is not nice, considering that you have to go there and in some cases it was crowded.
“Leaky bathroom - Broken air conditioner - Sleepless night”
The hotel manager did not respond to any of these issues. The bathroom from the room above leaked into mine when that person took a shower. The air conditioner in my room did not work. The coffee pot in my room had a crack in it. The hotel is of wood construction, I heard the person above me walking around every 15 to 20 minutes all night long....NO SLEEP!!! I did not get what I went there for, to sleep, get clean, and continue my trip. WORST PLACE THAT I EVER STAYED.
“Yellowstone Inn”
This hotel was extremely expensive for the quality it deserves. Corridors and swimming pool are not cleaned. Maintenance area are always open ! No internet access in the rooms and only a small bandwith in the lobby. No breakfast included ! Nevertheless I recommend the bar in the hotel (but independant) The Slippery Otter Pub. The owner is very easy going !! The only advantage of this hotel is its location near the National Park but a lot of other hotels are also present.
“Unbelievably Disappointing”
From questions not answers to the phone going unanswered from 9am-4pm to the afternoon attendants facinationnwith his cell phone, this hotel has no clue what service is. The room was shabby and the air conditioner not functioning. Lastly are the infamous tour buses attendees, gone uncontrolled. If you are after sleep, stay away.
“Be careful here.”
Watch the fine print on this one! If your plans change there are no refunds. Also, the staff was incompetent. I tried to make arrangements on the phone and the opertor couldn't work the reservation computer. He said call back, and when he didn't I called them again. a young woman this time said just come in and "we'll take care of you." You guessed it, No Room. I was able to find a "rustic" room elsewhere that night! The morning breakfast buffet, while not complimentary, was good.
“FIND A DIFFERENT HOTEL”
MOTEL LOOKED LIKE THE OWNERS WERE NOT PUTTING ANY MONEY BACK INTO IT. NO FLOWERAS IN FLOWER BED, POOL WAS CLOSED, HOT TUB WAS CLOSED, ROOMS WERE NOISE, FOOD WAS BAD, AND VERY LITTLE SERVICE.
“Good to stay”
Nice to stay at Yellowstone Park Inn & Suites. Very big room and near everything.
“good yellowstone lodging”
The double queen room was spacious. The outdoor pool and hot tub were fine. The exercise area was minimally furnished. Wireless was only available in the lobby area.
“Nice Hotel, Personal Service”
This was a very affordable hotel for our cross country travel which brought us through West Yellowstone. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean but a little dated. Rains most evenings in the summer so did not use any outdoor amenities. Walk to many restaurants and shops. Would definitely choose to stay here again.
