This was by far the worst property I have ever stayed out. I made a reservation the night before on Expedia. When I got there, the rude lady that answered the door and I asked about our room. She looked it up and couldn't find our reservation. I gave her the reservation number from Expedia and their partner site said Reconciled - Reservation Cancelled. She had no idea so called her bookkeeper. Of course, they didn't have that room so I had to pay $45 for the next size room. The owner, who is 8 time zones away, literally, was the only one in their system at the time the reservation was cancelled. I spoke with Expedia and they didn't cancel it. I think they cancelled because they oversold the room. The whole process was VERY, VERY SHADY. I asked for the owner's phone but she wouldn't give it to me and said even if I called, it wouldn't do any good. The lady asked me how I knew their address; I told her it was on the Expedia reservation confirmation. She said they don't give out the address. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Check in was a breeze, no one bothers you. You call or text the staff when you need something and they are quick to respond and are very friendly! The outside was a little odd but the rooms are so cute and clean and have everything you need. We just hated the parking, very narrow alley where you have to parallel park. We would definitely book here again!!

The room itself was charming but tight for 2 people because of kitchenette and gas fireplace. The sign was not well lit making it difficult to see. Biggest problem was the address listed on Expedia was wrong, so our GPS took us to a spot about 7 miles outside of town with nothing there. A clerk at a store going to town said it had happened before. For the price the room was great. Getting to it was a different story.

Don’t be fooled by the look of the outside. I had a great stay in a very nice two bedroom trailer with a small kitchen and nice living room. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very modern and clean. The manager even happily helped me when my vehicle needed a battery jump. I’ll stay here again next time we come to Yellowstone!

Very charming place and lots of helpful information allowing us to check ourselves in and out. I appreciated the quiet hours, though I thought a requirement of having the TV off at 9:00 PM for quiet hours was a bit excessive. The TV volume can be kept low and I think an 11:00 start for quiet hours would be more reasonable. The kitchenette was well stocked (although drinking glasses sere lacking) and the bathroom was very nice. The bed was very comfortable.

Fabulous 1 night stay.
Small cabin, but clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. Only suggestion I would make is to leave enough coffee for the small brewer provided. 1 night guests normally don’t carry coffee with them.

This place was great. Very funky and appropriate thematic decor. Someone has obviously maintained these units as a labor of love. Each unit is different but all seem to have the complete set of amenities. Not sure how to feel about he complete "non-contact" method of check in/check out. It worked fine, but post covid I'm ready for a bit more human touch.

The room was very clean and spacious. We were pleasantly surprised with all the kitchen amenities. And the collection of books about Yellowstone and Tetons. The outside of the building is less than appealing. Gave us a bad first impression but overall we were very satisfied with our stay. The room was Very clean and we felt like we got a great value.

Good stay in West Yellowstone
We had a really nice stay here. We were supposed to camp, but the cold and snow forced us to find a hotel last minute so we opted for this one. It was just what we needed. I’ll piggy back off other reviews and don’t judge the place by the look outside or location. We had the 2 bedroom cabin and it was very cozy, although the upstairs was closed so really it was 1 bedroom. There were 3 of us so 2 stayed in the 2 beds in the bedroom and 1 took the couch. We took advantage of the kitchen and cooked for ourselves for 2 nights. We stayed plenty warm, had really comfy beds and a hot shower. This was an excellent place to stay for the price. I would recommend and stay again!

A nice place to stay !
The directions were a little confusing to find the place & we were surprised how narrow the driveway was, but they had a lot of snow to deal with. Once inside we were pleasantly surprised how nice it was. The price was affordable. The staff was very friendly & helpful. It was relaxing & just what we were looking for. We would like to go back again. :)

Very cute idea of small cabin for two. Everything provided just like home! The text messaging of directions/instructions was very helpful. We only had two negative things to say about our stay: 1) PARKING….curbside parking right outside your unit, BUT it was parallel and not enough room to leave space between cars - we are early risers and certainly didn’t want to wake neighbors to move cars, so we spent 20 minutes “wiggling” out of space. (There was additional parking around the building, but you had to walk a distance.) 2) MATTRESS…it was extremely soft and sagged to the middle -the worst mattress we had slept on during our 2-week vacation

Quaint small apartment with an apartment sized kitchen that was well stocked with pans, plates, glasses, and coffee cups. Along with a nice microwave and coffee maker. We were here for a week and having the kitchen was very handy so we did not have to go out to a restaurant for every meal. Very nice.

The room #5 was very small and cramped. The stovetop was feet from the bed. The room has everything you need but small. The floor was dirty and sandy. The bed sheets/pillows smells like it has not been changed. For the price we paid I was expecting a little more. On the good side it was close to yellow stone.

I read a lot of reviews about how small the bedroom was, so I was very surprised and pleased to see that while there wasn't a ton of extra room in the bedroom, there was a whole living room and kitchen area that left plenty of room to spread out in. For scale, my husband and I are moving cross country, and so the car (Honda Fit) was packed with stuff. We had plenty of space to empty the whole car into the living room and still sit on the couch comfortably in the evenings. The bathroom was huge, everything was clean, parking was easy, and it was a convenient very short drive to the main street of West Yellowstone, where we would go for dinner. If you wanted to cook yourself, pots and pans and such were all in the kitchen there. Also obviously very close and convenient to Yellowstone Nat Park. I was a little nervous about the self check in, but it was seamless. My only complaint was that the wifi cut in and out a lot.

The property is very unique and convenient to Yellowstone NP. The room we had was just right for 2 people it was great to make our breakfast each morning. The place was very clean. Parking could have been better.

Crazy short sloped ceiling, not for adults.
The room was just like the pictures but you don’t know the scale. My wife slept on the far side of the bed and had to crawl out on her hands and knees to go the the bathroom at night. If there had been 3 people in the room you would have to pull the dining room table out for the 3rd person to sit. The mattress was rock hard and bad for her hips and shoulders. We only used the room to sleep because we were in the park all day but I cannot recommend this room to anyone. They have several other choices and I would definitely recommend try the others out. The room was extremely clean and neat and just what you would hope for but the ceiling slope is just not made for 2 adults.

s was our 3rd day in Yellowstone park and before checking in we explored parts of Yellowstone. As we were heading back to the west entrance towards the hotel, the main road getting towards the west, north, and east entrances were blocked due to a fire. We were directed towards the south entrance and were informed by the park rangers that “there is another way to get to the west entrance but you have to go through Idaho and it’s about a 4 hr drive and might be longer due to traffic.” Of course, traffic was bumper to bumper and so we were sitting in traffic for hours already. Since there is extremely limited cell reception in the park, we stopped at the first gas station we saw and used their phone to try to contact the hotel directly. As you can imagine, we were sitting in traffic for a couple hours already and it was past 4:30 pm (the start of check in). Using the gas station phone, we were able to reach the hotel. I explained the situation and explained how the fire blocked our way to get into the west entrance and if we drove the alternate route we would not be able to make it by the 9:30 cut off for check in. He rudely said, “well use the road through Idaho, it only takes 2 hours.” I am glad the park ranger told us a more accurate length of travel because obviously this guy didn’t care if we got there on time or not. At this point, I kindly asked for a refund and cancel our 2 night stay because regardless of the situation we would not be able to make it for the night. He j

Don’t let the unassuming first glance exterior of these units make you doubt your decision to book. These are beautifully appointed comfortable charming rooms with very responsive hosts. The rooms are exactly as pictured on their site. The furniture is comfortable, the room is clean, the bathroom towels are plush. Excellent value!

This place is filthy. I think they bought the beds at Goodwill. There was so much dirt under the bed we could have planted a garden. There was food still stuck on the counter. Half of the utensils still had food on them from the previous travelers. The television did not work. I call the manager regarding these issues and all he could do is call me a liar. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. STAY AWAY

This hotel is not a traditional hotel. The location is good. The exterior is very rundown as it is converted from other structures. Our room was about what I expected. But certainly did not have a fireplace. It is intended to to have limited interaction with staff And guests. If you are looking for a place with ice machines, snacks, pool and this sort of things this not for you.

When I booked this, the pictures were deceiving. Did not have a good first impression. For the cost i expexted a cozy cabin. Basically it is a trailer home and a bit run down. Nothing a little TLC can't fix The amenities were ok, including dishes, pots and pans, coffee maker, TV. Wifi...but i did not want to spend time there. No view. No frills. Would not stay here again.

Very pleasant stay. We enjoyed the the cabin studio so much, it was so nicely decorated and had a mountain cozy feel. There was tv with cable, microwave stove and fridge. The host had provided sanitary sealed single use amenities for us to use (coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, napkins, tissues). We came during covid epidemic and had no issues or concerns about cleanliness. The bed was very comfortable. Location was conveniently located in West Yellowstone. Perfect place for 2 ppl!
