GoodPosted Jul 12, 2013
Adjacent to Yellowstone National park and museum, It's very convenient to look around attractions. I traveled near famous attractions such as bigshot of the Yellowstone National Park, the Teton National Park as the basecamp on the West Gate Hotel. OOps this hotel was renamed recently.

Nice hotel close to Yellowstone National Park.Posted Jul 9, 2013
Pros: The pool was very nice. The room was large and spacious. Very clean.
Cons: The breakfast area was very crowded Only one person was working to try and keep up with making food and picking the area up and managing the trash.
Location: Grizzly and Wolf Discovery Center was very neat to see. The entrance fee allowed you to return the next day. Yellowstone National Park is very close
We loved our stay at the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful with maps and suggestions of things to do around town. The room was very clean. We stayed 2 nights and housekeeping made the beds and arranged my girls' stuffed animals in a cute way on top of the beds. We felt very comfortable staying here.

West YellowstonePosted Jul 8, 2013
Pros: The swimming pool and breakfast (when there was sufficient amount to eat, run out of food the second morning).
Cons: Training your staff to clean rooms properly. Respond to your customers' needs when necessary.
When you spend $229 per night, you expect good service and top quality. However, the staff didn't empty the refrigerator from the previous visitors, (left rotten kiwis and half a ear corn), and left an empty bottle of vodka and a cherry tomato underneath the sink. I showed pictures to the staff at the front desk, hoping someone would come and clean this up. Nothing was done. I called again at 6pm, upon our return. Nobody even showed up to clean up this mess. Both attendants (morning and night) mentioned they would have the general manager call me, it never happened.

Good Motel.Posted Jul 1, 2013
Pros: Location, It's a little ways away from all the stores but we liked that, very quite. Breakfast was great, Staff was pleasant.
Had a great trip. Motel was clean and staff was helpful. Motel is off kinda by it's self. But very easy to get to Stores etc. Could walk if wanted to but we drove , parking was no problem. Nice Pool and great breakfast. When I booked it was a Comfort Inn, When we got there the name had changed. Kinda got worried, but when I went to check in no problems.

Yellowstone Hotel ExperiencePosted Jun 23, 2013
Pros: location and the kids liked the pool. Nice breakfast every morning.
Cons: I thought it was a little too pricy compared to others that we stayed in going to Yellowstone.
Location: close to downtown, shops, restaurants, and Yellowstone entry.
It was easy to get checked in. There was security locks on all doors. People were nice. Made room up everyday after we left for the park.

No Comfort InnPosted Jun 2, 2013
Pros: Nice room.
Location: Close to Yellowstone.
Room was very nice and comfortable. The breakfast needs a little work-the juice was week and the biscuits were stone cold. We booked this room as a Comfort Inn and you have it listed as one but when we got there it was not a Comfort Inn-no points for us! Surprised that you didn't have the hotel listed correctly.

Did not find the hotel comfortable. The room was very small and cramped up.

Wonderful hotel with amazing locationPosted Nov 30, 2012
Pros: Impossible to pick
Cons: Nothing bad to say
Just refurbished, this hotel was an excellent stay. The rooms were comfortable, the self serve breakfast tasty and with plenty of choice, and the park entrance is at the opposite end of the street, so less than a couple of minutes drive! There is also a pool, but we didn't use that so I can't comment on it The town is also lovely with many good restaurants and shops, cannot recommend this place enough
