“Great place and location”

Very good service, quiet place in the center of Bilbao. Clean room and beautiful bathroom.

Area recommendations

The old city of Bilbao - "Casco Viejo" you can go walking from the hotel and it is a unique area of shops, restaurants in an all pedestrian narrow streets. The hotel is located in a very centric location so you can walk almost anywhere there.

“Great location with continental breakfast!”

The only problem I encountered was the shower curtain kept sticking to me while I was in the shower, which was very annoying, and the hotel staff were unclear when providing information about taking public transportation. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel. The continental breakfast was good, the room was clean, the staff were nice and it was a great location!

“Bilbao husa: convenient local, walk to Guggenheim, restos”

Basic 3 star hotel, large breakfast buffet. Ability to rent bikes. Close to quiet square and good shopping, restaurants. You'll not find marble or granite baths, but it is a comfortable, clean reasonable hotel with a good breakfast.

This hotel is in the area you want to be if you want to walk to the Guggenheim, park a car and walk around the city.

“Good choice”

Hotel was in perfect location about midway between the old town and the Guggenheim museum...we walked everywhere. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Parking under the hotel was Euro 18/day, but worth it. Be sure to reserve parking ahead of time. Having breakfast included was great, and nice variety for a European hotel.

“Good value...”

Very typical room...no wow factor...indifferent to hotel/room decor...it could have been a room in any big town in any city on the planet...clean room but nothing special, no stunning view.....On the other hand, Great location...and...excellent breakfast buffet...overall a good value....

“well located”

Excelent location, near old town and main comercial streets. Hotel rooms were ok, air conditioning deficient, and I guess that the guy at the reception was having a bad day.

“In keeping with its class”

The hotel is clean, modern, full-service, and in keeping with expectations for a four-star hotel. The rooms are decent-sized and newly furnished. I found the staff courteous and helpful. I had only one small problem: They do not provide an iron in the room. Maybe this is normal in Europe, but I would have expected one in a similar hotel in the US. Aside from this issue, the hotel was very accommodating. It's also well-located on the border between the new and old cities and near a park.

“Bathroom”

There was no shower gel in the bathroom for 3 days - during our entire stay - however we requested front desk for a refill. Other than that the hotel was fine.
