En Rebull koster 2 manat ute, de belaster deg 12 hvis du tar fra kjøleskapet. Kjøleskappet kostet 230 manat alene, for en gangspåfylling. Disse prisene var heller ikke oppgitt noen sted før vi måtte betale.

Incredible and great design, however poor execution. After shower the whole bathroom was flooded beacuse of shower doors, that cannot be closed (1cm spare). There was no room service (housekeeping) during the whole day, although we were out. The windows in public area were probably never cleaned.

Вместо комнаты с балконом вам предлагают комнату без балкона и только после того как вы показываете на телефоне данные бронирования они соглащаются что вы правы. Также на сайте hotels.com написано что в комнатах есть кофеварки нам сказали что это было раньше и мы опоздали. Ковры в холле и комнатах грязные. В комната для некурящих невозможно дышать от запаха сигарет. Невозможно спать из за комаров и звуков с улицы и с соседних комнат. На песке пляжа куча бычков от сигарет, кроме этого мы увидили то чего не видели ни на одном пляже - кость от шашлыка антрикота а на море валялись чьи то шорты. Ужин в ресторане со шведским столом стоит 45 манатов(евро) на человека. Меню скудное, еда невкусная в основном турецкая кухня. В других ресторанах отеля тоже самое и самое интересное вам могут показать меню с одними ценами о когда придет счет цены будут более дорогие. Отель находится загородом поблизости никаких ресторанов и кафе, не говоря уже про другие развлечения. Чтобы найти хоть какой ресторан или клуб нужно поехать в город а для этого нужно заплатить 50 евро на такси туда-обратно. Если не хотите испортить себе отпуск то ищите другой отель!

Chilling out

Not far from the airport or the city centre, the hotel was just what we were looking for - some place to chill out for the weekend and forget about work. Service was very good with friendly and helpful staff. Great view out over the Caspian

Location: have to drive - nothing else in immediate area
Expedia booking included breakfast; however, at check-in the hotel stated breakfast was not included – despite explicitly stating breakfast included on the Expedia reservation. Wasted time sorting this at check-in, at breakfast and again at check-out because lack of communication between hotel reservations (who confirmed I did not need to pay for breakfast per my reservations) and the rest of the staff…

Disappointed

I have been in more than 30 countries and stayed in many hotels in different categories but never been so disappointed as this time. The hotel was almost empty. Most of the hotels restaurant were closed. On check-in we were told that the breakfast is in price included and when we had breakfast first morning we were on hurry took a fruit and a toast and we have been charged 30EUR/person!! When we told we were told that its included the restaurant supervisor was not understanding at all and wanted us to pay directly without talking to the reception. The reception has not apologized for the wrong information. Internet often not worked. One day when I went to the room from the spa I have heard that the chambermaids were laughing in my room and when I entered i saw that they were looking in my shopping bag and made jokes about my stuff i bought. Very unprofessional behaviour. This should not happen in a 5star hotel! Never again Jumeirah and i don't recommend at all to anyone to book this hotel! Only liked the spa and the nice decor.

This hotel was beyond 5 star. Its a resort unto itself and all the amenities and service were amazing. Its brand new and still has a few "bugs" to fix but I'm confident they'll get those taken care of asap. My only concern and inconvenience was the cost of food and lack of available food nearby. Pretty much had to go into the city for a reasonably priced meal. Having said that, the quality and taste of the food onsite was fantastic and the service was great. The staff made you feel totally at home and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable and memorable. I probably will never be able to afford to stay at the Jumeirah again after they officially open and jack the prices up but I will never forget my stay there and want to thank the staff and ownership for a wonderful experience. Thanks so much and take care!
