“Be carefull about the address”
The address displayed is wrong but the hotel is very good. The breakfast is great. I have a garmin navigator which couldnt find the hotel with the given address

Very pleased with my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and roomy. The breakfast buffet was very good also.

exelent stay in your hotel. the only in extrem complicated is because there is not suficient signs to arrive.
“Nice Hotel”
We stayed here for 2 days during out recent Boston trip. Instead of staying in downtown and paying the higher fees for a standard room, we decided to stay outside of Boston and get nore for our money. The distance to Boston was not too bade...about 20 minutes. The hotel is in an office complex with a mall nearby so there are many restaurants (chains) and stores. The only 2 minor downsides are 1) it's located behind another hotel and restaurant so make sure you get clear directions otherwise it is easy to miss. Call the hotel in addition to using mapquest or GPS 2) the front door is not automatic. Made it difficult for us to carry in our baggage with 2 toddlers and 1 infant.

I booked this hotel with the understanding I was staying at a hotel with a 4.5/5.0 average review. While the hotel was good, there were a few sore spots to point out (some of which other traveles mentioned). 1) The shower rod in room 409 was loose and fell out of wall. I twisted back in. I asked front desk on morning of 7/15 to have maintenance fix. 2) Came back to hotel in evening 7/15, problem not fixed. Front desk could not find record of request. New request submitted. 3) On 7/16, Same as #2, but had record of request. I was told "perhaps maintenace was too busy or didn't have proper tools. 4) On 7/17, saw maint. man by lobby. Told me he didn't want to mess up room by fixing problem and didn't know how long we would be out of room. Asked him to fix while I was at Cape Cod for day. 5) Came back on 7/17 to find loose shower rod, drywall dust on floor, and in bedroom, now comforter wadded up and in corner (have pics to prove.) Went to lobby and told him to write down exact problems I stated. I saw him write down room# and nothing else. Due to guy who was yelling at front desk clerk in room 115 (he got key to an occupied room?) 6) Went to see manager on 7/18, but he was on vacation. No record of my complaint by 7/17 clerk. Asked to be comped for problems, but told manager could do that. On brighter side, hotel is very clean, A/C works great, breakfast buffet great (eggs could have used more flavor), and front desk provided me with directions.
“Nice hotel but need to improve quality service”
The hotel is in a beautiful zone and the installations are fine, the problem is with the service. One day the whole cleaning of the room including the bed was not made and other day only the sofa-bed was not made. The flavor of the breakfast was terrible. The pool was cold.
“It was fine”
The hotel room was nice. The convenience of having a full kitchen is amazing for that price! The pool is a bit small, but fine. My only real complaints would be that the door in the room stick (had to lift the bathroom door to open/shut it, and the door between the bedroom and living room were nearly impossible to open). Also, the breakfast buffet was pretty awful. All of the cooked food (eggs, bacon, home fries) were fairly disgusting. The only edible foods were cereal and toast.
