“I would go back”
Motel was clean and staff was great. The bar was good and had a few electronic gambling machines and comedians on friday nights. The resturaunt food is good, but seating is awkward because you sit in the lobby portion of the motel. Overall I would go back.
“Not bad hotel”
Not a bad stay, the pillows left something to be desired and there was hair on the bathroom walls. It wasn't a bad stay but I did expect a little more for the price I paid for the room.
“Would Definately Stay There Again”
We were skeptical about staying here because of the many "less than favorable" reviews. However, when we arrived we found our room very clean, which is a number one priority for us. The staff was very helpful and the property is located in a nice section of Billings and is close to everything. We would definitely choose this property again.
“Very Nice Place to Stay”
The room was clean and smelled good. Staff was very professional.
“Clean room...hard bed”
The room was clean, but the bed was very hard. We could not get the free wireless internet in our room, we had to go to the lobby to get reception.
“Easy off; Easy on!”
It was rather weird that the guests in our wing had to walk outside to get to the main lobby. I also thought that for the size of this hotel, they should have more than one computer in their visitor business center. The rooms were large and very comfortable however.
“Very disappointed”
I chose this hotel because we were traveling with kids and this had a pool with water slide. Unlike virtually all the other hotels they did not provide a free continental breakfast and in addition to that, they also charged you an additional fee/person to get a wristband for use of the water slide. The pool and hot tub were overcrowded and there was no rope separating the slide discharge area from the general swimming area. Swimmers were constantly dodging people coming off the slide. No lifeguard on duty, not that I expected one, but they did have an employee sitting there the whole time to make sure your wristband for use the slide. The fridge in my room was broke with a sign on it saying so, as if that makes it exceptable.
“Not impressed. Too expensive for what you get”
I was disappointed about this hotel. No breakfast included, internet was working bad and very slow. The slides in the pool area had an additional fee. The staff was doing their job, not more. I would not stay their again.
“VERY IMPRESSED”
I was very impressed with this hotel. We got a great savings through Expedia, and was surprised at the terrific accommodations for this price. I am disabled so I had special needs with the room we would be staying. It was everything I needed plus extra. Easy access to room and bathroom facilities was a top priority and all needs were supplied. The front desk clerk that checked us in was very pleasant, and helpful. Thank you so much you get a super star rating from me.
“Good Hotel, Could be a bit Cleaner”
Overall, nice place to stay. I can't say it was great, but would definately not call it bad either. Guest service at check-in was courtious and friendly.
