“Business Stay”

My stay in Billings was great. i would recommend the Billings Hotel to anyone. The only bummer was that the week I stayed - the pool was shut down for repairs and they were doing other remodeling work.

Was a little noisy from large numbers of children running up and down the halls and slamming doors, but quieted down before 10 and rest of the stay was pleasant.

“Comfortable stop at the end of the road”

We were traveling through, and was the ideal motel. It's easy to get to, the staff is great, the room was comfortable and clean, and you can walk to a number of restaurants in "downtown" Billings. It appears to cater to motorcyclists--they even had a place to wash your bike. It also has a great breakfast and lunch restaurant.

“extra service”

I arrived to get my daughter from ex . I did not have car seat. Girl working front desk helped me get a booster and called a taxi for me. excellent help

“Good value for your travel dollar”

It's an older hotel; walls are a little thin, and you can tell it's been awhile since the rooms were renovated, but it's a decent place to stay. I've certainly stayed in crummier places; and the pluses are many: pleasant front-desk staff, plenty of LIGHTED parking, clean room, room heater worked well, mini-fridge in room, decent television and it was a good sized room for the price. We stayed there twice in the last two weeks; and it was worth the cost. I'd stay there again.

“Short Stay”

The staff was very kind and helpful. We got into the hotel late and left early in the morning. They did not have a continental breakfast, which we usually like to pick a hotel that has one. They had a large chair in the room that was nice. The bed was o.k. but it was not soft enought for us.

“Pool”

For a family this hotel is ok.. However for the adult wanting to relax, its questionable.. The swimming pool and hot tub during my stay were continuously filled with kids. For this matter I would not recommend it for the adult traveler

“Good Hotel, Could be a bit Cleaner”

Overall, nice place to stay. I can't say it was great, but would definately not call it bad either. Guest service at check-in was courtious and friendly.

“Beatiful Surroundings”

Love the decor, beatiful stone floor and even a fountain. Grounds were well kept and the service was very good. Could use some weights in the exercise room.

“Billing's little seccret- it's fabulous...”

Location is very central & easy to access. Front desk staff both effecient and extremely friendly. The room was larger than expected with a great mattress and fridge with freezer. Surprised at how friendly all the staff were in the corridors & pool area, Pool dated but adequate, did not use the restaurant. On our return, will always stay in this facility...
