“Relaxing & Comfortable!”

Great, friendly fast service at the front desk and from the bellhop...wonderful room with nice amenities, comfortable bed with wonderful down pillows. We definitely would stay there again!

“Yes, A Very Nice Place.”

This was a very nice place with certainly above average facilities and services. Room was quiet and comfortable. Staff was very informed and professional. Plenty of parking for cars, not enough for trucks with trailers.

Area recommendations

Convenience for shopping.....Southwest off of King Ave. 1st and 27th N for theater, concerts, University, and Airport ease. Northeast off of Main for Rodeo, industrial sales and service.

Getting around

Use Grand for east west travel. Use King for initial shopping, and 24th get to the Mall and to travel between King and Grand. Use 27th North to get to the Airport and to stop by the Visitors Center (very helpful).

This hote has no pool or hot tub and is dated construction.

“ok not great”

room seemed to be lacking in some genral upkeep the fan in the bathroom did not work nor did one of the lights in the bathroom the bed was very comfortable and the room was clean the room had a awsome view of the city and surrouning mountains no coffee in the lobby only some single serving packet in room

“Sleeping in Billings”

Great hotel at an even better Expedia price! We had a very enjoyable stay at the Crowne Plaza Billings. We normally have to carry our pillows along on a vacation since most hotels have the foam lumps. To our surprise there were these wonderful down pillows and a comfortable bed to match that allowed us to have a wonderful overnight. We even watched the fireworks from our 8th floor window before we retired. Thanks Expedia for securing the super price.
