Pros: attractive older building, nice beds/ decor
Cons: Carpet cleaning, fridge and/or microwave in room
Overall decent, rooms and hallways had stains on carpets gave it an overall grungy feeling thought the decor and bedding was nice. Lacks amenities.

Pros: Convenience to the airport. Nice room.
Cons: I found the restaurant menu to be less than healthy eating friendly. I was looking for a light meal - more of a lean and green thing.
I was just there over night as it is a very convenient location to the airport for air travelers. We have stayed there many times in the past and have always been able to count on a comfortable night's rest in a lovely surrounding.

Downtown Billings

Pros: Dark room at night, quiet and very comfortable.
Cons: Elevators need updating. Slow!
Location: Across from Walkers Grill (yum), 1/2 a block to Sage Spa. Lots of shopping, dining, drinking in walking distance.
Wonderful location. Very nice, clean rooms with extremely comfortable beds.

I travel frequently for work as well as fun, and typically book 15 to 20 hotel stays per year. This hotel provided the lowest level of customer service that I have ever experienced. The staff members were not friendly, courteous, or professional. As an example, my room had a broken faucet (no cold running water) and I was told that it was not able to be repaired and that no other rooms were available. After complaining at the front desk, another room was found, but it was a less expensive room with 2 double beds instead of 1 king. I was told that the hotel would not refund the difference in price because I had booked through Expedia and "they have the money". Overall a terrible experience at a run-down hotel.

I am also sorry about the confusion concerning your third party reservation rate. Reservations booked through third party websites are done at a flat rate. I am very sorry we did not have another king bed room available for you, but your rate would be the same for either room and is managed completely by your third party booking agent. I apologize that this was not explained clearly to you by our staff, and have discussed the matter with our Front Office Manager so she can ensure that her team can give our guests the clearest explanation possible. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The city of Billings was working on some water main and had most of the hotel's parking lot blocked off. The hotel validated tickets for a nearby parking garage.

Nice hotel in the middle of Billings, MT

Pros: Hotel staff were very nice & the hotel is well maintained.
Location: In the middle of downtown Billings.
Nice room. Bed was a bit uncomfortable-too hard. Street construction makes getting into the hotel a bit difficult but that's not the hotel's fault.

Best thing in Billings

After a very long, hot day of driving, it was so nice to open the door to a spacious, nicely appointed room. Cool, quiet and comfortable, just what we needed. Room service breakfast was great, service perfect.
