“"Excellent for the money"”

Needed a room for one night on a very busy weekend in Billings. Checked Expedia and most were full or the prices were high. Reviewed the Kelly and it looked sufficient for oue needs for the price. Check in was fast with no issues. The room was ordinary but clean, had everything we needed and the shower in our room was fantastic. There was an outdoor pool which we did not have time to use and a continental breakfast. The property/room was fairly plain but clean and well worth the price. I will not hesitate to stay there again.

“Reasonably priced in Billings”

The Kelly Inn provides courteous, friendly accomodations at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend to the traveler who wants comfortable, clean accomodations with all the necessities and a good continental breakfast at a reasonable price.

“Hotel on the hill”

This hotel is a little bit off the highway, but that is okay. It has nice grounds and an outdoor pool. It was quiet and clean and worth the stop. And it was not far from downtown shopping.

“Good Option”

This is a good option for hotel at a good location in Billings. One thing we enjoyed is that each room has doors that go straight to the parking lot, so you can actually park your car just a few feet from your room. This is very convinient if you are going to be in and out a lot. One of the issues we noticed was noise from outside, since our room faced the highway. Also, the bathroom smelled like cigarrette, even though we were in a non-smoking room. Overall, it was a good experience por the price we paid.

Noisy place. I think local workers stay here. A bit on the grubby side.

“Stinky Room”

Although the workers were probably trying to make the room cleaner, they forgot to let the carpet dry after cleaning it. The result was a musty, wet, moldy carpet that left my socks and shoes wet. I tried to air out the room, but to no avail. I was not impressed. Also, the air conditioning did not work.

Location next to freeway was o.k. but next to a run down casino. Room was very dirty (carpets and chairs especially) and the bed was extremely old and very uncomfortable. Everything was so worn out and dirty. The breakfast was very unappetizing. Would never stay there again.

“Wouldn't choose to stay again”

The room was noisy. It was like staying in cardboard box you could hear everything, Inside and out. It was accross from a casino and you could hear all the noise from the parking lot. Also we found a dirty hair rubberband inside one of the beds and a filthy sock a few inches under the side of the bed on the floor niether of which was ours. It makes you wonder if the room was really cleaned and sheets changed or if the covers were just pulled up and the pillows fluffed???? Customer service was good but I think housekeeping had some issues. I would choose to stay there again.
