Not if you're flying

Posted May 27, 2015
Unfortunately, the primary reason we stayed here was because they're one of the only Billings hotels advertising a shuttle. We requested it for 7am. When we came downstairs the front desk knew we needed the shuttle at 7 (good communication) but then asked if we could wait 20-25 minutes because they didn't have anyone to drive it. End result, we drove our own car to the airport and paid for parking. Next time we'll stay elsewhere.

Close for soccer

Posted May 4, 2015
Pros: Location--close to soccer complex
Cons: Room was not well cleaned when we arrived or during our stay.
Location: Close to soccer fields
The Hampton Inn had friendly staff, but our room was poorly cleaned--garbage hidden around the bed, hair in the bathtub. We stayed for 2 nights and other than the beds being made and shampoo/conditioner being taken out of the shower (and not replaced with new), we couldn't really tell that they did anything to clean the room. Breakfast was fair to good for a quick hotel breakfast bar.

Clean and nice but missing

Posted Apr 5, 2015
Very clean, but no fridge or microwave in the room. We had 4 people in the room and while one was showering nobody else could brush their teeth since there was no sink outside the shower room. I now realize why that matters.

Decent, weird location

Posted Mar 11, 2015
Pros: Breakfast, clean, nice overall.
In Billings for work. The hotel was nice enough (breakfast is a bonus), but the location left something to be desired. Not really near anything (except other hotels), and RIGHT near a busy and noisy highway. Also, the location was in a little elbow/pocket of highways that made it difficult easily to get in or out; lots of side streets and weird intersections that can be difficult to navigate if you're new to the area. Get your phone's GPS ready.

Hampton INN Billings

Posted Feb 25, 2015
Pros: Good internet. Good free breakfast.
Cons: The chairs for the desk not adjustable, these could be better. More efficient / reliable airport shuttle.
Location: Don't know.
It was an adequate place to stay. I did have a problem getting from the airport to the hotel, the shuttle was promised in 15 minutes when I called for it. It took 30 minutes.
