Clean and nice but missing

Very clean, but no fridge or microwave in the room. We had 4 people in the room and while one was showering nobody else could brush their teeth since there was no sink outside the shower room. I now realize why that matters.

We had a lovely experience all around. The breakfast was exstensive & the taste was yummy. The pool & spa were very nice & our room was clean, comfortable. The staff really was the best. They are so helpful & kind.

Decent, weird location

Pros: Breakfast, clean, nice overall.
In Billings for work. The hotel was nice enough (breakfast is a bonus), but the location left something to be desired. Not really near anything (except other hotels), and RIGHT near a busy and noisy highway. Also, the location was in a little elbow/pocket of highways that made it difficult easily to get in or out; lots of side streets and weird intersections that can be difficult to navigate if you're new to the area. Get your phone's GPS ready.

Hampton INN Billings

Pros: Good internet. Good free breakfast.
Cons: The chairs for the desk not adjustable, these could be better. More efficient / reliable airport shuttle.
Location: Don't know.
It was an adequate place to stay. I did have a problem getting from the airport to the hotel, the shuttle was promised in 15 minutes when I called for it. It took 30 minutes.

Cons: Noisy, next to freeway
My room was not cleaned very well. The soap and shampoo from the previous guest were still in the shower. Yuck!!!

Very pleased with the hotel. Comfy and clean bed, clean room, decent breakfast except the eggs - weirdest eggs i've ever seen. The hotel was peaceful for the most part even with state wrestling going on. Okay location - somewhat close to everything. Definitely beats our past hotel experiences in Billings.

Who's that tapping, rapping at my door?

Amazing hotel! Clean, comfortable and quiet. However, even after telling the front desk staff that I would need a ride to the airport in their shuttle at 1030am, I was rudely awoken with banging on my door at 8:55am. I arrived for check in around 1230am after a long flight and wanted to sleep as long as possible. Had no idea that housekeeping starts banging on doors so early. Word to the wise,USE THE DO NOT DISTURBE sign if you plan on checking out after 9am.

All staff very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast excellent. Fitness room small but met my needs. Hotel was not as clean as most Hampton Hotels I have stayed at in the past.
