“Loved this hotel!”

“Won't be back”

Beds are great and room is comfortable. But this time there was no decaf in room. I went to front desk and asked for it. They would not give it to me, but promised it would be brought up. Never happened. Also first time vey quiet. This time noisy. Plus weather was bad and we asked for extra night, but rate would have gone up $50. We went to C'mon Inn for same rate we paid first night. We are going to C'Mon Inn from now on.

“Not impressed”

We generally like Hilton Garden Inn hotels. However, this particular hotel was loud both nights, had a sewer smell on our floor, and was not all the way cleaned when we checked in...there were crumbs in places, etc. The staff was not very friendly, either. The beds were okay but the pillows were horrible. We will not stay here again. We travel to Billings often but will continue our search for a good hotel.

“Billings comfort”

Enjoyed our stay at the Billings Hilton Garden Inn; room was comfortable. Hotel tricky to access the first time but once there not hard to figure out. Would definitely stay here again.

“Very Clean and Nice along with very nice staff”

Great Breakfast Buffet! Clean rooms and very friendly staff.

Area recommendations

Lots of places to go and eat and shop, very easy to get to the highway to be able to get to attractions.

Must see

Moss Mansion was beautiful. We went on the tour and our 9 year old even enjoyed it.

“Very Nice People”

We were greeted everyday from the beginning with a very welcome smile and friendly service. We sat by the large fireplace in the entrance area several times while we were waiting for our friends. The hotel had a great atmosphere.

“Felt like a home away from home.”

My first experience with Expedia was wonderful. It was a difficult trip to plan because it was the first trip I was taking my 22 month old son. They were friendly and helped me answer a lot of questions. They sent many confirmations especially when things changed. When the flight we booked was canceled and re-scheduled, they worked with the airline to find a better time for us.

Getting around

If you are traveling to Billings during winter, you must be advised they have very little plowing of the roads when it snows (especially the side streets). This caught us off guard a little since we are from Chicago and very comfortable driving in snowy weather. Be cautious and prepared.

“Love the Hilton Garden Inns!”

I've never had a bad experience with HGI. It is always clean and comfortable! The price was reasonable too! I wouldn't think twice about staying with them!
