Pros: Clean, the help, very impressed with the breakfast and the large room.
Cons: n/a
Location: Good location - close to great eating establishments.
This was our second time to stay at the Lexington in Billings. We wouldn't stay anywhere else.

My room didn't have a full length mirror that was the only thing wrong but a big thing.

Not very good place to stay

Posted Mar 11, 2015
Pros: Lobby
Cons: Cooking lady
Location: Site is fine
Breakfast was NOT kept up and we had to wait. Once it was full again they would run out. The pool was never opened which disappointed my kids. The place had ONE (1) elevator and not only the guest but the cleaning stuff would use it too. No room in the elevator because of the container they were using. It seemed like we were always waiting at this place. It took forever to do anything there. I made reservations in advance and prepaid it. When I got in my room it was not what I had requested. I got a room w/a small couch and it pulled out into a one person bed. When I called the office she said they were booked and they could not move me any way. I do not understand why they did not put me in a bigger room to begin with. I hwas with my husband and my two kides, kids Beds are hard

Clean, comfortable, and quiet!

Posted Mar 3, 2015
Pros: Cleanliness, comfort, location
This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel and I was not disappointed the second time around. Very clean, very comfortable, and quiet. I got a great night's sleep! I didn't use the pool or gym, so I can't rate those factors, but the room was definitely up to my tough standards. Also, the location is great - close to lots of shopping.

False Advertising

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Their status as not being pet friendly on Expedia.
I'm not sure if this was Expedia's fault or the hotels but I request a pet friendly motel which the Lexington Inn was said to be and when we got there it was not. They told me that they were having problems with Expedia listing them as a pet friendly motel and had to turn several people away. It seems to me that the left hand is not talking to the right hand in this case. We were very lucky that we found another room in town as there were not a lot left. I had to pay about $50 more for my stay.

My idea of comfort when overnight in Billings!

Posted Feb 16, 2015
Pros: Comfort, quiet, location.
Cons: Nothing, really. Happy with it just as it.
Location: Close to great restaurants, the mall, Costco, the zoo, as well as many other fun shopping options.
I love this hotel! It is clean, comfortable, quiet, and in an excellent location. There are all the amenities of higher priced hotels, including a pool, hot tub and weight room, as well as a free, continental breakfast. The rooms are spacious, quiet and comfortable, and the beds are just right...not too hard, and not too soft. Cable television offers a multitude of channel options, and for those who choose to be out on the town versus watching the tele, the location is centralized and close to shopping, fine dining and even a movie theater. I've stayed here on many occasions, and will continue to do so. Oh yes...very friendly, helpful staff to top it all off!

Looking a little run down

Posted Feb 11, 2015
Check in was pleasing and the hotel was very quiet. Unfortunately, the evening was not so quiet. Someone in the parking lot, just outside my window, was constantly causing their car to beep on and off for an hour in the middle of the night. The refrigerator in the room would start humming loudly on and off all night as well. The bathroom seemed like it needed a few updates. There were cracks in the tile floor and cracks along the base of the mirror in the bathroom. I have stayed here many times before, but I think I will be moving on to another hotel after this one.

Nice enough for a quick overnight stay

Posted Feb 2, 2015
Overall our stay was okay. My daughter and I stayed overnight so all we wanted was clean and comfortable. The room was just that. The hotel overall was sub-par. The elevator was dirty with fingerprints all over. The hotel was loud with people running up and down the halls. The breakfast was just there. And the woman who checked us in was okay friendly but not really the warm welcome I would have liked. This hotel is not worth the money we paid. Maybe that's why this was the only hotel we could get last minute.

Newer Hotel, Comfortable room, near shopping & restaurants. Breakfast was good and hotel staff was friendly. Rooms were clean and we were able to check in early.
