“needs work”
Beds too hard. Hallway carpet dirty.
“Good bargain”
We were very satisfied with this hotel. It was clean, comfortable and worth the money. The breakfast was prepared well and it was very nice to have plenty of tables for guests. No rushing through in order to give somebody else the table. The only (small) downside was hearing the trains occasionally. They were not loud but we could tell they were going by. Will stay here again.
“fantastic management and staff”
Brian and his team at the Quality Inn in Billigns looked after us so well, they collected us whn we got dropped to the wrong hotel, accommodated an early check-in and provided us with an airport drop off. when you add all that in, its been great value.
“Friendly staff, good value”
This hotel was a good find for our family of four (two kids, 4 and 6) after a long day of driving. Front desk staff accommodated our request for change of room location, and knew about nearby park for kids to play at. Hot tub and pool were very good as well.

Everything was exactly as expected. Room was clean. Only complaint was too closed to train tracks. Don't stay on interstate side.

This hotel was the best. Pool, hot tub and sauna were GREAT! The 2 breakfast passes you get for in the morning were awesome. Not to mention the continental breakfast. We will definitly be looking for this chain next time on our travels.

This was a great place to stay. IT was affordable and very relaxing. Look forward to going back!
