Motel close to airport

Posted Jul 17, 2015
Dirty carpets, leftover food and drinks in fridge, dirty towels left in bathroom, extremely noisy neighbors until close to midnight, parking lot unkept. Bad experience.

Wasn't worth the price.

Posted Jul 13, 2015
Pros: The night clerk willing offered to make coffee.
Cons: Overall cleanliness.
Location: Neighborhood is sketchy and too far from interstate.
On our 5 day trip to the northwest this was by far the worst room of the trip! The bathroom in particular just didn't give the appearance of being clean. The breakfast area which is tiny and not well laid out was spotted, unclean, and grimy. The top of the toaster was dusty and covered in food crumbs. Bottom line, we couldn't wait to get out of this place even though the staff tried their best to please. Felt like the price was far too high for the age of the beds and the condition of the room.

There weren't any noticeable bug infestations.

Posted Jun 30, 2015
I've stayed in hotels where there were bugs and this wasn't one of 'em. Having said that the room was in rough shape. The floors were filthy, crumbs and dirt visible on the carpet, burn marks liberally sprinkled throughout the floor in this non-smoking room. The t.v. was a vintage 19 inch Sanyo from the early 90's which wasn't a huge deal because I just watched netflix on my laptop. Internet worked great I must admit. Chairs and table were vintage as well and quite rickety, borderline unsafe I would say, I kept feeling like the chair was gonna break under my 220 lb weight.

Convenience to Airport

Posted Jun 30, 2015
Pros: Its convenience to the airport.
Cons: The toilet seat needed to either be painted or replaced because it had worn spots.
Location: It actually is close to downtown. It's at the bottom of the airport hill. There's shopping just minutes away plus a minor league baseball stadium.
Everything was wonderful. It was very convenient for me for the airport and the staff was willing to cheerfully take me to the airport for the beginning of my trip an cheerfully pick me up upon my return three weeks later.

Not exactly what I expected!

Close to the airport was a big factor, along with relatively low price. However you do get what you pay for and another $25 would've gotten me a much better deal someplace else. Place was old and smelled that way. It needed a real good cleaning or better yet, just tear it down before it falls over on its own. Would not stay there again.

Extrenely disappointed

Posted Apr 28, 2015
Pros: Convenient location
Cons: Housekeeping, facility repair
Location: Medical facilities
The facility in Billings Montana was filthy and in disrepair. I stayed 5 days and my room was never vacuumed. My bed and linens were made up once. I had to request towels each day. The shower curtain was broken in my first room and I was moved to a different room. The toilet was loose from the floor in my second room and tipped every time weight was unevenly applied. It miraculously didn't leak all over the floor. The only reason I stayed was because nothing else was available conveniently located to the hospital where my brother was being treated. I moved as soon as something was. I would not only not recommend this facility to anyone, I would discourage anyone from staying there. The place I moved to (river sage) was night and day different for only a few dollars more a night. Horrible horrible experience.

Could use some updating. Had a funny smell. For the little time we spent in the room, was sufficient for sleeping. We stayed here because our daughter was playing volleyball at one of the high schools nearby.

Pros: nothing
Location: bad location
Lobby smelled like a greasy spoon restaurant. Motel needs renovations and not very clean, room smelled. Poor location.
